Brixham is one of three towns which make up the beautiful coastal region known as the English Riviera. The town is known for its harbour, and thriving fish industry, which ensures that the town’s pubs and restaurants are always stocked with delicious fresh seafood. There are several beaches around the town, ranging from the secluded St Mary’s Bay, to the town’s main Breakwater beach, which offers visitors amazing views from the 0.5 mile long structure that gives the beach its name. The historic town of Dartmouth, meanwhile, offers an interesting range of attractions, including Dartmouth Castle, Britannia Royal Naval College, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
Guests approach this property through the gates which stand at the entrance to the development. On the ground floor, there are three of the property’s four bedrooms: a double, a single, and a bunk bedroom. The double benefits from having its own TV, as does the single room, whilst the single and bunk bedroom both have patio doors which open onto the property’s garden. The main bathroom is also on this floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Taking the stairs to the first floor, guests come to the main living accommodation, which comprises of an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with the dining table in the centre separating the lounge and kitchen areas. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine, and also enjoys far-reaching views across the countryside to the sea. The lounge area is a comfortable space for guests to enjoy spending time together, with its comfy sofa, chairs, TV, and DVD. The master bedroom can be found on the second floor, with its double bed, countryside and sea views, as well as an en-suite shower and WC.
Outside, there is plenty of space for guests to relax, socialise, and play, with an enclosed patio garden to the rear of the property, and another area to the front. There is a private off-road parking space next to the property.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
