Beautifully renovated, this apartment is fully double-glazed and features wooden flooring, exposed stone work and plenty of natural light. Decorated in a distinctly nautical theme, the open-plan lounge is a fresh and bright space for relaxing while away. In the shaker-style kitchen area you will find wooden worktops, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, compact dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge with ice compartment. Dine at the breakfast bar before settling down on the comfortable sofa to watch the TV or a DVD while a flame effect fire sets the scene for a romantic night in. Beyond the lounge area is a sunny conservatory where two large wicker armchairs are perfect for getting lost in a book or admiring the garden beyond come rain or shine. The bedroom is fresh and bright with a stone floor and nautically themed accessories boasting a double bed. The bathroom is clean and contemporary with a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Step outside from the conservatory onto a sunny south-facing patio garden. This is the perfect spot to dine al fresco at the bistro table and chairs.

  • Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.

The wall in the garden, I would consider low. It was easy accessible for my pet dog to jump on, not knowing of the drop if he were to fall. So during our stay the dog could only go out accompanied with my partner or my self with his collar and lead.

The cottage was modern, stylish, comfortable, well equipped and very near to all amenities in the town. Slight drawback was parking, especially for loading and unloading but imagine this is unavoidable with most properties in the vicinity. The conservatory was a real bonus. Comfortable and with a real holiday vibe. A pleasure.

The cottage is placed perfectly for a stay and was 5 minutes walk to the main harbour and there was one pub that was only 2 minutes walk away, set amongst the cottages. We had a lovely outside area and a beautiful conservatory for our stay. The kitchen had all the utensils you needed and extras were provided if you didn't have tea bags on arrival pRead morelus milk was left in the fridge for arrival. This little gem is a credit to it's owners, so comfortable, well laid out and ideally situated for the quay being just a short stroll down the streets. Local bars and shops are very inviting and most of them are dog friendly too. The roads are narrow and some are quite steep. Locals are quite accommodating and try to be helpful whilst unloading theRead more car, fortunately, this road is not very busy. We eventually parked in Querry Car Park and now we know how this works, we will organise a weekly ticket in advance in future. For 35 (from Harbour Masters Office) is well worth it and allows you to park in any Torbay Council owned car park, just display the card as you would a normal ticket. This is ideal for visiting nearby places which soon adds up otherwise. The acomodation was excellent throughout. Exceptionally clean and with all the equipment necessary for a short comfortable stay.. Would have preferred some stools with backrests at the breakfast bar, but not a huge problem. Street side parking however was a problem but the closeness of the public car park made life easier. This apartment is compact but bijou. It has all the facilities and is well stocked for an easy stay. The small south facing garden is wonderful for the sun and also suitable for a small dog. Everything we needed was there. Some very nice touches which made the place feel very homely. Good location close to town,parking in harbour car park not too far away. Could have done with the house number on the street level as we had difficulty finding it. Otherwise we had a lovely week and we're very comfortable.

Having visited Brixham several times before I can say that this property has the best location for the centre of town.Everything looks brand new in the apartment and the whole place is spotless and is dog friendly. Have used Brixham cottages before to book and the accommodation have always been to a high standard and clean.

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture.
