At the front of the house, a delightful lounge boasts exposed beams above, oak flooring below, a charming stone fireplace with open fire and a selection of DVDs for those quiet nights in. When you have finished exploring the area on foot, jump on one of the many boat and ferry trips that leave Brixham harbour each day for neighbouring Dartmouth (5 miles) or Torquay (8.5 miles), or even try your luck on a fishing trip.
