Spacious property located in a pleasant residential area close to all that the harbour town of Brixham has to offer, including the harbour, beach, and town centre shopping.

Brixham is known for its busy harbour which is steeped in history and once a popular target for pirates and smugglers. Visitors can learn more about the town’s fascinating history with a visit to the fantastic replica of the Golden Hind or perhaps following in the footsteps of Blackbeard, by taking the Brixham Buccaneers Trail. The town’s main beach, Breakwater enjoys warm waters and is popular with scuba divers, as well as beach lovers. For those who want guaranteed safe swimming whatever the tidal conditions, the saltwater lido at Shoalstone makes a wonderful place for a dip.

On arriving at this property, guests will find plentiful parking on the spacious driveway which leads round to the main door at the side of the property. The main living area on the ground floor has a large open-plan lounge/diner which has a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD, feature fireplace and a bay window which affords views across to the bay. The dining area has a well-sized dining table and patio doors which open out onto a decked balcony. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Two of the three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor: a king-size and a twin, both of which overlook the property’s garden. The bathroom with a bath, large walk in shower and WC is also located on the ground floor. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin. The master bedroom enjoys its own space on the first floor of the property, with a king-size bed and sea views.

Outside, as well as the balcony to the front of the property, there is also an attractive rear garden which has a lawned area and a raised deck with garden furniture. There is off-road parking for several cars on the driveway.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Appledore was home from home for us, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. A nice surprise was the chocolate biscuits and pint of milk in the fridge, just what you need while unpacking!

This property is well laid out with plenty of room a little enclosed back garden ideal for a barbecue (which is supplied) and for small children to runaround.The bedrooms are spacious and the front room with a dining area is very well laid out.There is enough parking for 3/4 cars

Lovely spacious bungalow, ideal location to walk into Brixham, only criticism is it could do with a walk in shower if you've got elderly people with you that struggle to climb into a bath.

Great location for this bungalow, you even get used to the hill up from town. Well laid out accommodation makes the holiday easy. My only niggle is the two very large apple trees in the garden make it unusable for children, these need to be either removed or serverly cut back to allow some space to play.

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.

For the active in your group, there are all sorts of activities to try your hand at, whether you’re a fan of swimming in the sea or prefer to enjoy long walks on dry land, with some great places to enjoy treks including the Berry Head Nature Reserve. And for fun-packed days out, there are several to treat the kids to in the local area, including Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park and Kent’s Cavern.
