Reached via 19 steps from the steep driveway, your holiday home offers spacious accommodation for the whole family. The ground floor kitchen/diner boasts bespoke cabinets and a range of appliances for you to prepare your meals with ease. Curl up with a good book in the sunny conservatory or simply sip your tea and enjoy the views. After a busy day exploring, head to the first-floor living room, sink into one of the sumptuous sofas and gaze out to sea. A ground-floor family bedroom with both a king-size bed and bunk beds is bright and spacious. On the first floor is the master king-size bedroom with private balcony and en-suite shower room. A further twin bedroom is also on this floor. The luxurious family bathroom features a free-standing roll-top bath to soak aching limbs after a long headland walk. Outside is a large patio garden accessed via steps where the whole family can share an al fresco lunch at the stone table and appreciate the sea views. Up a further set of steep steps is the high-level decked area where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted coastal views.

Discover Brixham’s maritime heritage in the town museum and explore the fortifications at Brixham Battery. Take a tour of the famous fish market and choose some freshly caught produce for your supper or hire a wetsuit and try your hand at surfing. Further afield, ride the Riviera Wheel at Torquay (9 miles) or get up close to the penguins at the Living Coasts aquarium.

As there were 6 of us with two children we wished there had been more crockery, mixing bowls etc . I do feel I must be fitter now with all the steps.

This is a fantastic property with stunning views and in an excellent location within walking distance of the town. Its very secure for dogs.

The accommodation was spacious, expansive (with plenty of outdoor space), extremely well-equipped / furnished and very well maintained. We particularly enjoyed relaxing with our fellow guests (friends) in the lovely conservatory with views out over Torbay.

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.

For the active in your group, there are all sorts of activities to try your hand at, whether you’re a fan of swimming in the sea or prefer to enjoy long walks on dry land, with some great places to enjoy treks including the Berry Head Nature Reserve. And for fun-packed days out, there are several to treat the kids to in the local area, including Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park and Kent’s Cavern.
