The whole area of Torbay, comprising Brixham, Torquay, and Paignton has much to offer visitors, including boat trips, beautiful beaches, well-regarded seafood restaurant, a steam railway, museums, and even a zoo. The property is situated close to the breakwater in Brixham, a magnificent 0.5 mile structure which stretches out from the beach, offering bracing walks across the waves, and wonderful panoramic views of the bay and back to the town itself.
On entering this property, guests will find themselves in the ground-floor entrance hall, next to which is a WC. Stairs lead to the open-plan living area on the first floor, where sofas in the lounge area are positioned to allow guests to enjoy the spectacular views out to sea. Patio doors open onto the balcony, making it easy to take drinks outside and enjoy the sea air. The kitchen/diner which overlooks the lounge area is accessed via a short flight of five steps, and is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Open-tread stairs lead to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms, all of which are finished to the same high standard as the living area. The master bedroom is a spacious double room with a large fitted wardrobe and sea views, whilst there is also a twin room, and a peaceful single room. The bathroom, which can also be found on the second floor, has a shower-over-bath, WC, and is also where the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed. A further set of stairs leads to the roof garden on the top floor.
Outside, the property benefits from a wonderful roof garden which offers unrivalled views across the bay, and as far as Exmouth. There is garden furniture provided here, allowing guests to enjoy alfresco meals and drinks. On the first floor, accessed through the lounge’s patio door is a wide balcony which also has patio seating. There is off-road driveway parking available for one car at the front of the house, with an additional space to the side of the property.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
