This is a lovely cottage, nicely furnished and well equipped. Decorated very much in the environment of the area. The only problem we had was with the size of the staircase and steepness which caused difficulties for one of our party who has mobility problems.

A charming cottage which is presented to a very high standard. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean interior. Its position is excellent to enjoy the harbour at Brixham and the many restaurants.

Absolutely stunning cottage. Much larger than expected. Very well equipped. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Location was amazing. Just a few steps to the harbour which were easily manageable for a member of our party with mobility problems. Highlights of our stay were a meal at The Litehouse and a visit to Cockington Court. Lovely pub half waRead morey up the street - The Manor. Will definitely be booking again! Hide

We had a lovely stay, the cottage was very well equipped and was a good base for walking. Parked the car all week at Freshwater without issue which is an easy stroll along the seafront (the car park does get full during the daytime even during offpeak times).
