This property enjoys a fantastic location close to the harbour in Brixham, which lies on the western side of Torbay in the beautiful English Riviera. The town caters for a large range of tastes and interests, with the marina offering boat trips, several beaches, an array of eateries, some interesting shops, and stunning coastal walks. There is even a life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind, moored in the harbour, which offers five decks of interesting hands-on exhibits. There really is something for everyone here.

A path leads to the front door of this handsome property, of which the apartment occupies the ground floor. On arrival guests will be able to sit back and relax after the journey in the attractive lounge, with its large bay window offering views over the town’s harbour. There is ample seating here with a sofa and arm chair from which to enjoy the views, or perhaps catch up with a favourite programme on the TV. The separate kitchen/diner has a dining table alongside the kitchen units which comprise an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and freezer. Outside, there is a shingled garden to the front of the property with seating and sea views. There is parking for one car provided.

Lots of room. Comfy beds. Large shower. Proper bath.! Small rear garden with space to relax if the weather is good. Would not say that access to the house is easy.. Not too much off road parking available, which means there could be problems in the narrow access roads. Long driveway to park on once you get there.

We have stayed in the apartment on several occasions and find it very comfortable clean and central for the Marina and shops. Linda and Johnney are always on hand if any problems occur and are rectified straight away. The apartment is always clean on arrival by the cleaner. The views from the lounge window are great.

Wonderful location, lots of noise from upstairs but they had three boys who were on holiday so that's ok. Grab rail by front door a great help as I am awaiting a hip replacement, will be booking for next year.

Renovated to a high standard. Great location with great views & off road parking for one car on the rear drive which was so convenient. We have used Brixham cottages in the past & will continue to use them in the future.
