A lovely property & we would recommend. Our weather was great so we used it as a base to work from. Would not necessarily recommend as a place to relax out of season or if weather is inclement, it is very small & there are no views from the property. Also be aware of the steep hill up to the property & the parking challenges. We bought a weekly parRead moreking pass that can also be used in car parks in Paignton & Torquay, which was a godsend. The cottage is very comfortable with a pub nearby and excellent views over the bay from the nearby park. There is a very frequent bus service to Paignton and /torquay. Perhaps you might stress how hilly Brixham is. This was not a problem for us but would be awkward for anybody with restricted mobility.
