A wide array of eateries, inns and independent shops are on your doorstep. Brixham Theatre, the museum and library are close and early birds can do a Fish Market tour. You can spot dolphins at UNESCO’s Berry Head and have a treat at the cafe. The Shoalstone Pool is a wonderful summer facility and the Breakwater is lovely for a stroll. Enjoy a day on heritage trawler Pilgrim or have a dip at Breakwater Beach and the crystal clear coves of Elberry, Churston and Fishcombe. Broadsands Beach is beautiful and ideal for children as it is wide and shallow.

Leave your sandy shoes in the porch and enter the charming kitchen/diner with its Belfast sink and bespoke wooden units, with a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Upon arrival, a generous welcome pack complete with larder essentials can also be found in the kitchen/diner. A round table in the dining area ensures cosy, sociable meals. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the bright and airy super-king-size bedroom with large fitted wardrobe. Then head to a bright double bedroom also with lots of storage. The bathroom is adjacent with shower over the bath, WC and heated electric towel rail.

Venture outside,  there is a private terrace, garden shed and garden furniture so you relax with a glass of wine after a busy day out in lovely Brixham. Bikes and paddle boards can be stored in the garden shed which has a padlock. Roadside parking in near by roads (subject to availability)or the nearest pay and display car parks is Oxen Cove Car park.

Beautiful cottage in a great location and very well equiped Parking can be a challange, but we broughta 8 day parking pass and parked at Oxen Cove which was a 10 min walk away. In fact next year we may not even take the car as we found we did not need it

Beautiful cottage situated in the perfect location in Brixham. Lots of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, along with the pretty harbour and coastal path. The cottage is on 1st and 2nd floor with quite steep steps to access it. It is a beautiful space, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Sea Salt is clean comfortable and well maintained. All items, like crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle are of a high standard. The Wifi worked well. The home was warm and cozy. My tip would be to have several smaller bags rather than one "heavy" suitcase as the access stairs are quite steep and all up there are 3 sets of steps to navigate. A lovely flat/maisonette in a fairly central location of Brixham, with the double-glazing there was not a problem with street noise either in the evening or the morning. VERY well equipped property with lots of small, thoughtful touches that made the stay a pleasant one. The house has ample heating but also has a cosy wood-burning stove. Wonderful little find in Brixham, right in the heart of the town. Very comfortable and so warm and cozy when we used the log burner in the evenings. Brilliant location in the centre of Brixham - cafes ( we loved The Curious Kitchen, just a few steps away), shops and restaurants all very close. Some may find the steps up to the property a tad challenging but we are in our late sixties and coped well. The property is extremely clean and comfortable and Victoria, the owner, was helpful. Well located comfortable cottage for just pottering around Brixham and walking along the coastal routes, we left the car in the central car park opposite and used it only once in a 5 night stay. Brixham was very quiet in early November and lots of shops closed, particularly Sunday and Monday. Extremely comfy cottage, great bed and sofa, lovely homely decor. Great welcome items and lovely messages left by the owner. Every thought has gone in to make our stay a very enjoyable one. Great location, only 5 minutes from the harbour. Comfortable, with all the mod cons you'll need for your holiday. Good price too! Large bedroom overlooking the town and smaller one looking out onto the back of the property. i would say it can accommodate two adults and two children with ease. Would be a push if there were four adults though.

This holiday let was very cozy and furnished well. The kitchen fully equipped. Situated centrally to the harbour, restaurants, shops and buses. A lovely sun trap up steps from main entrance. The steps up to the property fairly steep, which could pose a problem for someone elderly, bad legs or with breathing problems.

Very clean and comfortable. Not many steps up to accommodation which is good for older people. Close to shops and harbour, also handy for the buses. Only problem is parking but brixham itself has a parking problem.

Lovely spacious cottage in a great location. A few steps to get to it so if your not very mobile you may struggle. Everything was very well organised by the owner. Lovely pub at the top of the hill called The Manor. We saw lots of dolphins in the harbour too!

A beautiful cottage in an excellent location. The cottage was comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of cleaning products provided and the welcome basket was a lovely touch especially the cake. What can I say Sea Salt met all our expectations and more. The cottage is presented to a high standard and is in a fantastic location. Seasalt is such a lovely holiday cottage and the pictures in the listing dont really do it justice! It looks to have been very recently refurbished - all the paintwork, carpets and fittings are in immaculate condition. Comfy beds, wonderful little log burner and such a warm welcome. Sea Salt is an amazing gem right in the heart of Brixham. The owner has ensured that it is a proper home away from home. There was even a lovely welcome hamper there on our arrival. We loved our short stay there and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. We are looking forward to staying there again soon.

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.
