Very cosy cottage. The views of the harbour absolutely make your holiday. The walk back from the town isnt as bad as many reviewers have made out if you take the Broad Stairs route after turning left & sharp right out of the cottage. The private parking bay is a god send & my vehicle is 5 metres long and just about fit in the space.

Lovely cottage with great views of the harbour the only downside is the narrow streets so if you have a larger vehicle you need to be aware of this when unloading your luggage

It is a lovely cottage in a quaint location. Easy access to shops and restaurants by foot as no parking at the cottage. Steep access which is ok if your fit enough. The cottage is well equipped and was lovely and clean.

The view is amazing, overlooking beautiful Brixham, but with the great aspect comes steep stairs and steps which could be difficult for people with mobility issues. The home is well equipped, as clean as dog friendly allows, and has a lovely seating area at the front of the property. Good value for money.

Well equipt. Good furniture and overall really clean. Location with nice view onto brixham harbour but lots of steps to reach the cottage from where the car park is. So you need to be able to walk steep hill. Not for elderly guests.

You do have to climb steps to get to property and car is parked some distance away roads are very narrow but his is to be expected in an old harbour town.

It is a lovely cottage, bright and airy with a wonderful relaxing view of the harbour. Very comfortable & well equipped. Not suitable for young children. Allocated car parking visible from the lounge window, but should your car be over 3 metres in length you run the risk of a knock. Bought a weekly parking permit from torbay.gov.uk (purchase onlineRead more only) & used Middle Street car park (6 mins walk). Permit is valid for all council run car parks, so handy when you're out and about. Hide
