A warm welcome from Debbie with milk tea coffee and biscuits in the property to start us off. The annexe is well furnished and very clean. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbour down a steep hill. Parking is tight at the back of the house and there are several steps down into the property.

We had a lovely stay at Rippon Retreat, very comfortable with a sea view from the table outside. The location is great... just a short walk from the Co op and down to the harbour, the walk back from town is uphill but not too steep! Lots to do in the local area too. Highly recommended.

Spent four nights and had a great time. The place is really spacious and the garden is an extra feature that makes a difference. The location is really convenient for the main beach in Brixham and other attractions around town. Would love to go back sometime soon. Strongly recommend this property.

This is a cottage we would happily return to if visiting Brixham in future. Extremely comfortable with a very high standard of cleanliness and Covid awareness and all necessary equipment available including hand wash, sanitizer, hygiene sprays and dishwasher tablets. Visitors should be aware there are a number of steps between the allocated parkingRead more space and the entrance door, and if walking to town there is a steep hill to negotiate Hide
