A stunning three-storey house situated opposite Brixham’s harbour, with stunning views across Torbay.

Facing the Marina, between the bustling harbour and Breakwater Beach, of the fishing town of Brixham and within easy access of the South West Coast Path and other top attractions, this stunning holiday home is the perfect base to explore South Devon and all it has to offer. The harbour has many fishing and boating trips for exploring the coastline and with a fascinating history of pirates and smugglers, there is much to find in this beautiful little seaside town. Within 30 miles are many other attractions and places of interest, including the stunning cathedral city of Exeter, The Princess Theatre, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Kent’s Cavern, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties.

Reached by external steps, this fantastic property has underfloor heating through and is beautifully designed for a relaxing break. On the ground floor you will first come across the lounge – a bright space which benefits from Brixham Harbour and sea views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a sound bar to catch up on your favourite shows and music together. Next door is the dining room, a lovely space to enjoy a home-cooked meal. It sits alongside the stylish and well-equipped kitchen, comprising of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate multi-function oven/microwave. The kitchen also benefits from a small seating area and patio doors to extend the space into a porch, accessing the rear yard. Moving upstairs to the first floor will bring you to three of the bedrooms. The first is a beautiful king-size bedroom with comfortable seating so you can enjoy the harbour and sea views. The next is a twin bedroom, featuring a Smart TV to keep entertained. The last bedroom on this floor is a cosy double facing the rear terraced garden. The first floor is also home to the family shower room which has a large bespoke walk-in shower, and WC. Moving to the second floor will bring you to the fourth and final bedroom: a stunning king-size bedroom with stunning sea views out across the whole of Torbay. The room gives guests the opportunity to take in the fantastic sights with plenty of comfortable seating, and benefits from a separate shower room for this bedroom, featuring a large bespoke walk-in shower and WC.

Outside to the front of the property is a small patio area with a table and chairs for guests to relax with a drink and take in the sea vistas that are on the doorstep. To the rear of the property is a small ground floor courtyard, and multi-level terracing, consisting of three different levels of patio areas, complete with seating for guests to enjoy some al fresco dining in the summer months. Each level is accessed by steep steps and at the top is private off-road parking for up to two cars. Please note that children should be supervised when using the steep steps. Additional parking can be found at Oxen Cove car park at a cost.

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.

For the active in your group, there are all sorts of activities to try your hand at, whether you’re a fan of swimming in the sea or prefer to enjoy long walks on dry land, with some great places to enjoy treks including the Berry Head Nature Reserve. And for fun-packed days out, there are several to treat the kids to in the local area, including Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park and Kent’s Cavern.
