All good, clean ,comfortable and well equipped, parking space so close to the apartment and the town was a big benefit.

I booked Red Sails for one week in January as a base to visit family in Plymouth as well as exploring what Brixham's artizans had to offer. Arrival and key collection very simple. Parking bay is a nice touch but it is a tight space for SUVs. People also have a habit of parking in empty space behind but no biggy. Beautiful apartment, great views, very comfortable and clean. Great location. To other guests for the future, be mindful of tight manoeuvring in and out of the parking space if you own a larger vehicle.

Great apartment. Really appreciated the welcome gifts and milk, tea, coffee, bread and marmalade. The marmalade was delicious, thank you. The views are amazing as always. Our only downside was to be departed by 10am. I was poorly during my stay so this was a struggle and worry but just made it out in time.

We had a wonderful stay. As soon as we walked in we were struck by the view, which was made even better by the addition of binoculars. The flat was very neat and tidy. Top marks to the cleaners. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The views across the harbour were amazing. Manoeuvring into the parking space was a challenge but public transport very good so car not needed during our stay. A lovely holiday!

This was our second stay at Red Sails and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location, on-site parking and views are second to none. Red Sails was a perfect holiday destination for us. With a delightful welcome pack on arrival, the apartment was absolutely perfect in every way - the owners have thought of everything we could possibly have needed and more. It was a true home from home experience! This is a very well-equipped apartment in a convenient location and with stunning views over Brixham harbour and along the coast to Torbay. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats coming in, and the binoculars were a useful addition. Getting the car in and out of the allocated parking space was tricky, and we left the car parked most of the time and Read morerelied on walking, getting buses or the ferry. Hide

Great property in an ideal location for exploring Brixham and walking or driving further afield. It is clean, light, airy and spacious and we didn't want for anything as it is very well equipped including some supplies on arrival. The lounge looks out over Brixham Harbour and Torbay and when we were in we spent more time looking out than using the Read moreTV as there is always something happening. A lovely property, ideally situated in a quiet yet still central area of Brixham. The allocated parking is certainly a bonus if a little challenging; our T-Roc fitted into the space with a bit of shuffling but if youve anything biggerits going to be an issue.
