We had a wonderful stay at Plover 1. The location was great, our first visit to Brixham and we'll definitely return! The pictures of the apartment don't do it justice, it was more spacious than I had expected. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality items and there were thoughtful touches like cookery books, board games and a jigsaw. AlthouRead moregh there wasn't much of a view from the balcony, it was a useful outdoor space and the lovely views were only a short walk away! Hide

Lovely apartment, great location, very comfortable but needs some attention in the bathroom and Kitchen. Bath sheets instead of the smaller bath towel sizes provided would also be appreciated.

Great apartment and very comfy with everything you need and more , location is perfect for walking the coastal paths and town , if it had a sae view it would have been fantastic .

My wife and I booked a last minute Autumnal long weekend away to Brixham. We're very happy we stayed at Plover 1. Lovely modern apartment, quirky dcor, comfy sofa and nice and warm during the rainy evenings. It was right on the doorstep of the Southwest Coast Path too for some nice scenic walks and was only a 15 minute walk into town for some nice Read morerestaurants. Highly recommended. Hide

Really enjoyed the location of this property: So close to the South West Coastal Path allowing great walks to Elbery Cove, Broadsands Beach, Berry Head and of course through Battery Park into Brixham. Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.

For the active in your group, there are all sorts of activities to try your hand at, whether you’re a fan of swimming in the sea or prefer to enjoy long walks on dry land, with some great places to enjoy treks including the Berry Head Nature Reserve. And for fun-packed days out, there are several to treat the kids to in the local area, including Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park and Kent’s Cavern.
