In the heart of the bustling fishing town of Brixham, this stylish apartment is a lovely and contemporary base for a memorable seaside escape.

This apartment enjoys a perfect and prime location within the centre of Brixham town and harbour. This bustling coastal town boasts a busy harbour lined with colourful fishermen's houses and an array of charming shops, cafes and restaurants. Set out on foot and follow the coast path to Fishcombe Cove or jump on board one of the many boats that offer day trips along this stunning stretch of coastline. Other attractions within easy reach include Kent’s Cavern, Paignton Zoo, Quay West, the naval city of Plymouth and the Cathedral city of Exeter for fun days out.

Accessed from a flight of steps from the main town, step inside this first floor apartment to find yourself in the hallway. The first door leads to the spacious bathroom, housing a lovely shower over bath and WC. Moving through the hallway which leads to the two bedrooms, one being a wonderful king-size bedroom and the other a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a 2ft 6" twin on request). The hallway eventually leads to the beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a fantastic light and airy space with the perfect mural of Brixham harbour on the wall to really set the scene. The lounge and dining area have plenty of comfortable seating for all guests and make the perfect space to relax with a home-cooked meal or to put your feet up in front of the TV after a day of exploring the South Devon coastline. The well-equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven, electric hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave.

This property has no outside space or parking but there is a nearby public car park (local charges apply).

Lovely apartment could do with a Little TLC. great location but could do with more cooking items eg bigger pots, potato masher

Beautiful, stylish property in perfect location. Easy walking distance to everything and very clean and well equipped property. Thoughtfully planned out with ample equipment and extras. Lovely welcome pack of tea, wine, milk snd biscuits, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. Short level walk to long stay car park where weekly permits are Read moreavailable and cover all Torbay council carparks. Had a really lovely holiday at this accommodation and would definitely visit again. Hide

Great location, very well equipped for a short stay. Booked a parking permit through the local council which was straight forward so didnt find the no parking situation an issue. Strongly advise booking restaurants in advance if staying in the busier months. I did feel the price was steep for the size of the property, and the fact it has no outsideRead more space or parking but this seems to be the case everywhere now . I would consider staying here again but not if it increased any more in price. Hide

Fantastic location right in the Harbour, which meant we could step out the front door and see the boats, take a stroll right to the edge of the Harbour and enjoy the sights. The apartment was clean and worked well for 3 -4 people, the kitchen is basic and we struggled with the convention hob but that's just because we're used to gas. You have to paRead morerk your car about 10 mins walk away and the owner advised we get a week long parking ticket which is valid in other car parks. Lovely little place. Hide

We had a lovely break at Pirate Cove apartment. It was lovely and clean and comfortable, and I wouldnt hesitate to book again . It was right in the heart of Brixham a few seconds away from a great number of good restaurants. On our arrival to our surprise there was a generous selection of treats, tea bags, milk and wine!
