This beautiful apartment is situated within the wonderful seaside town of Paignton, a fantastic base to explore the best that the South Devon coastline has to offer.

This stylish apartment is in the perfect location for guests to enjoy a variety of cafes, shops, and restaurants which all are within walking distance. Paignton itself offers a wide range of fun activities for all ages, including the famous Paignton Zoo, Paignton Pier with arcades, and don’t forget the golden sandy beaches which are just a stone’s throw away. Venturing slightly further afield gives you the chance to enjoy some of South Devon’s top walking hot spots. Take a family stroll in the picturesque Dartmoor National Park, or even take the coastal option of the well-renowned South West Coast Path, both accessible within 14 miles.

After entering the shared hallway entrance, take the stairs to the first floor. Once inside your apartment, you will be greeted with a light and airy interior in the hallway, with space for outerwear and shoes. From here, make your way into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has been refurbished to really allow you to relax. The lounge space contains a comfortable leather sofa with an additional stylish chair, combined with the Smart TV which makes this the perfect spot for a family movie night. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The dining table has ample seating for all guests. You’ll also find two cosy bedrooms within the apartment, one of which contains a double bed, and the other a twin room containing two single beds. Completing the apartment is the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Off-road parking for one car in an allocated space.  An outside area with seating, is provided for you at the rear of the property.

The apartment is smart, clean, well-represented and spacious enough for up to 4 people. Location is very convenient for the beach front, however it is on a quite busy road (part of Paignton's through-road system?). Also security lights of the industrial units to the back of the property can be a little bright at night.
