There are four properties forming three sides of a square. Each has their own garden and outside seating. The grounds are very attractive with a large pond which attracts wildlife and is surrounded by a network of public footpaths. Somerset doesnt seem to require dog gates in their stiles so some routes will be inaccessible unless you can lift yourRead more dog over a stile. The properties are well away from the main road but all adjoin each other and we were able to hear our neighbours dog barking. Hide

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The setting was peaceful and picturesque especially with the autumn colours. Very cosy with the log burner. Sadly our Springer Spaniel died a month before our holiday as he would have loved the area around the cottage. We had a lovely relaxing break.

A delightful conversion of an old stone cow shed I believe, with exposed beams and original exposed stone pillars set in beautifully maintained grounds with a large duck pond. It was our second visit to this group of properties and we have earmarked the third property in the group for our next holiday.
