Situated very close to Brixham working Harbour, this property is perfect for those looking to explore the local area on foot. A short walk down the road will take you to this bustling fishing town with an array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. For those with sea legs, there are boat trips to explore the coastline from the water, or for those who prefer the dry land, the coastal path offers stunning scenery at every step. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include the historic naval city of Plymouth, Exeter with its beautiful cathedral and shopping, The Princess Theatre, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Kent's Cavern, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties.
The front door opens into a large open-plan kitchen/diner, which offers plenty of space for entertaining and features a kitchen area with everything you should need throughout your stay including an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Once prepared, dine at the large table nearby that seats eight. Off the kitchen/diner area is the cosy living room where you will find sofas for four guests, with additional seating for other guests; it's the perfect area to relax around the Smart TV after a day of exploring the local area. From the kitchen, a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed with a Smart TV and a wonderful decked terrace area, perfect to sit out in the sun and take in the fresh sea air. The second bedroom on the first floor is ideal for children, containing bunk beds, and is located next to a shower room featuring a shower and WC. Another flight of stairs leads up to the second floor where another double bedroom can be found which also has a Smart TV. On the second floor is another bunk bedroom and another shower room with a shower and WC.
The outside terrace area, accessed from the master bedroom, has seating for guests with views over the fish market and harbour, where the daily hustle and bustle can be heard. Parking can be found nearby at Oxen Cove car park (charges apply).
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
