We chose the property for my dad's 75th birthday, based on the fantastic views that the pictures on the website showed, and we were not disappointed. The house itself was immaculate and had every amenity. The views were spectacular, & even though the weather was somewhat windy, we still managed to sit out on the deck, and watch the rainbows & the sRead moreea. It was lovely. All the rooms are a good size with great views, there's a good number of bathrooms, & a snug for the kids to play on the XBox. Hide

There are difficulties with parking but the property and its location and views outweigh this issue. The property is presented to a high standard and is a perfect getaway.

A beautiful property, well equipped & great location! Towels & bed linen included of a high quality, games room perfect for teenage son on rainy days, 10 minute walk to Brixham town, great choice of restaurants some of which allow dogs.

Well appointed, fantastic views,a home away from home. The rolltop slipper bath was a nice feature and the artifical grass with the poo bags was an added bonus as if the weather wasnt great we could let our dog out to do his business.

It is always comforting to find the actual holiday home reflects the advertising photographs. This house is in an excellent location with stunning views and comes very well equipped. The four of us would certainly recommended it for a Brixham holiday and I'm pretty sure our dog would agree also.

What a fabulous location! In the property, everything was so clean. Would highly recommend it. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable break. The view was so beautiful and we watched the seals from our fabulous harbour retreat whilst we relaxed on the wonderful terrace. Fabulous!

The holiday was outstanding. The attention to detail at the property was excellent. There were a lot of floors and stairs so if you have mobility issues or a older pet that has difficulties this may pose a problem. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the break and have already booked to return.

A stunning house in a fantastic location. Facilities are excellent with awesome sea and harbour views from the balconies. The bright green colour of the house means that it stands out from wherever you are ...... from the marina, beach or ferry. We were sad to leave.

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.

For the active in your group, there are all sorts of activities to try your hand at, whether you’re a fan of swimming in the sea or prefer to enjoy long walks on dry land, with some great places to enjoy treks including the Berry Head Nature Reserve. And for fun-packed days out, there are several to treat the kids to in the local area, including Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park and Kent’s Cavern.
