We loved our stay in the cottage it was clean warm and cosy be prepared for a lot of stair climbing they are quite narrow and steep in keeping with the cottage the bed was very comfortable and we slept well the kitchen was well equipped milk tea and coffee left to get you going thank you Wi-Fi signal good and we were able to park right outside the Read morecottage which was a bonus the cottage lacks a hairdryer ladies, so you will need to take one with you !! We had a lovely stay and recommend Hide

we had a really lovely stay and loved the cottage, it was clean and cosy it is on 3 floors though so this would be difficult for a very elderly person - The iron was faulty and blew some of the electrics down stair`s/ needs to be replaced otherwise we could not fault our stay - to get down to Brixham again a lot of stairs/some very steep/.. would nRead moreot be suitable for a elderly persons/or persons with mobility problems. -Dog friendly which is great/ small garden for then to have a sniff about Hide

Cobden House is a beautiful property, its been modernly renovated but still contains lots of the original features giving it lots of character. The free standing bath in the upstairs bathroom is absolutely beautiful for those who enjoy a long soak. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in and the views of Brixham from the bRead moreedroom are simply stunning! We would highly recommend this beautiful holiday home. Hide

Cottage is well placed for the harbour but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Hills not for the unfit!!

Lovely place and very close to the park to walk our dogs. Be aware there are alot of steps in brixham and also two sets in the house which wasn't a problem for us but maybe for others. Good size kitchen, outside space for a glass of wine in the evening and a huge bathroom

Little Cobden House as everything you need for a break away. It was like home from home. We were welcomed with cream scones and coffee/tea facilities. Sam the owner was very helpfully and was available straight away with a little problem we had. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Little Cobden is a little gem! Gorgeous cottage in very pretty Brixham. Comfortable and clean and homely. Brixham is lovely but has a lot of steps and steep streets so may not be suitable for all- however the views and stunning coastline are well worth it!
