Just got back from a six night stay here, we had a very relaxing time. The cottage is just up a fairly steep hill and is very built up around it but still felt isolated and tranquil and is the perfect location for all the shops and takeaways! The harbour is only a few steps away and great views! Theres some lovely walks around the area, the coastalRead more walk to the Iron Age fort and Guardsmans Cafe is a must! Harbour View is really well equipped and spotless, every detail delights as thought through! The property is not recommended for people who are infirm and have difficulty with steep slopes and many steps, parking can be problematic for unloading/loading.However once in Brixham plenty to keep you busy, lots to see and walks galore. Seal spotting in Read morethe harbour and birdlife various, so take binoculars. Plenty of eateries and a Tesco and Co-op for self catering supplies within a minute walk. Hide

Lovely cottage and well appointed. The shower is on the compact side, Im built like a rugby player and i struggled to move in it. We also found it a challenge to regulate the shower temperature but other than that

The cottage is in a lovely position. The roof terrace off the bedroom is lovely overlooking the harbour just fabulous to sit with a glass of wine watching the boats and all the activity by the waterside is wonderful. Would recommend but those steps down to the town do get those muscles working.

A delightful property in a wonderful location. The cottage is bijou and distinctive with wonderful views and direct access to the harbour and town. Lovely little cottage, really cosy for a winter break. Well equipped and fabulous views of the harbour. Close to town for all amenities however both location and cottage would be difficult for someone with limited mobility due to steep steps.
