Great property could not fault it great location near to all amenities up a slight hill so may put people off, parked the car just outside the property would definitely go back to this property great outside space with good weather a bonus.

The cottage is very close to the town and harbour although there are many steps to master as this is the nature of Brixham being built on a hillside. The accommodation was very dog friendly with a small enclosed area at the back to sit out in.

Parking was tricky outside the property on a narrow road, but the cottage itself was spotless - nothing needed cleaning on arrival which was good. Some essentials left in the fridge which was thoughtful.

Great week away with our two cockapoos. We were all made to feel welcome in the house and at various bars & restaurants. Good location for walking to the harbour & shops and plenty to do in the area.

Really clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds but being on 3 stories was hard work for our dog! And the garden is very small and awkward

Great house, really well equipped. Only 5 minutes walk down to the harbour, but steep steps. So much to do and see around the town. We enjoyed a fabulous holiday
