Head up a couple of steps into this beautifully presented cottage; you will find yourself in the entrance hallway, the perfect place to wipe muddy paws and leave the day’s walking boots behind you. The hallway leads to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This great sociable space boasts an extendable table to seat the entire family for breakfast or an evening meal. The kitchen includes an induction hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area has comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Netflix for the rainy days, and some board games; a perfect social space to cater for the entire family. Moving upstairs to the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Across the landing is the snug featuring a Smart TV with an Xbox Series S console with access to over 100 games, along with a sofa bed, perfect for a nap during the day. There is also access to an outdoor private balcony area next to the snug. Completing this floor is a light and contemporary family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC (washing machine located in the cupboard). Moving upstairs to the second floor, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms. First is a spacious bunk bed bedroom with plenty of floor space for games and playing with toys. There is roadside parking available (subject to availability) - walk down the famous steps of Brixham to reach the property. A central car park is 0.5 miles away where you can obtain a week’s permit which is valid in car parks throughout Torbay.
