Sleeping two, this stunning split-level apartment is perfect for romantic getaways. Stylishly refurbished to include fresh minimalist decor, oak furniture and a modern kitchen, this contemporary bolthole also boasts breathtaking sea views towards Lyme Bay. A short stroll will bring you to the town’s breakwater, harbour, beach and array of shops and eateries, ideal for those hoping to forget the car for a few days.

 

The stunning lounge/diner with window seat is where you will spend most of your time. Prepare delicious meals for two in the chic modern kitchen before sinking into the inviting sofa that looks out over the ever-changing coastal vista. When you can finally tear your eyes away from the sea view, make the most of the TV/DVD or relax with a good book. In the eaves, the elegant double bedroom is a restful space with dressing table and TV for those long lazy mornings in bed.

 

Brixham is a bustling harbour town with plenty to see and do. Wander the charming streets, which are lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs before taking a stroll along the breakwater to admire the views of the town from the end. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice between the peaceful Fishcombe Cove (0.5 miles), the sealife haven of Shoalstone (1 mile) and popular Breakwater (1 mile), all of which are within easy reach. Take to the water with a boat trip to nearby Dartmouth (5.5 miles) or Torquay (8.5 miles) or follow the South West Coast Path to Paignton (5.5 miles).

  • 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week

Had another really lovely stay at this property in Brixham. Had everything we needed and we had a parking space outside every day. Great location for walking down to the harbour and town or elsewhere. I'm sure we'll be back for a 6th time!

A spectacular view over Brixham's harbour in a well equipped apartment. We were able to park outside each day (January visit) with a short walk into town.

Lovely stay at this Flat - We had good weather for many walks - Flat located on a good Bus route down and back up from the Harbour. Plenty of eating places in Brixham - Also good Bus Service to Painton and Torquay, choice of Ferries for Day Trips. Would recommend this Flat.

Excellent stay in the apartment, we stayed with our little dog Alfie who loved looking out of the bay lounge window at the boats and spectacular views (as did we also).we have travelled to all parts of the world and this is up there with the best accommodation we have stayed in .very clean and some nice little touches to make things easier.we managRead moreed to park outside on the road which was ideal.a lovely park nearby to walk our dog and sit and admire the views. The cottage has spectacular sea views, which is the big wow factor! Lovely chilling on the window seat reading, bliss! A comfortable place to stay and explore the area - Totnes, Dartmouth and Salcombe all worth a visit. Recommend Rockfish and Shoal's at the Lido (Brixham) - amazing dinners and lunches! Those walking into town need to be fairly fit Read moreto walk back; very steep! Turning right out of the cottage leads you to another little park, leading to 2 lovely coves. Hide

Excellent accommodation, everything supplied, beautiful views across the harbour, bought fresh fish every morning at reasonable prices, lovely walks around Brixham and beyond, loved seeing the seals around the breakwater and in the harbour, will definitely return.

Lovely property within walking distance of the harbour. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Amazing view from the huge window with window seat in the living room. We've stayed 4 times now! We usually get a parking space outside or fairly close.

Beautiful vista at this apartment, we could sit for hours and watch the sea coming and goings. The property was well located off our purposes and comfortable. Everything we needed for a few days away, just the two of us. Yes the steps are steep but as long as you havent got mobility issues, they are fine. Lovely and clean apartment with the most beautiful views of the harbour and coastline. Great location with lots of stunning walking routes on your doorstep- as well as the town centre, which has plenty to offer. Very responsive host, who was very helpful.

Four Seas at Brixham is a beautiful quirky apartment. Amazing views. Probably the best accommodation weve stayed in. With a little more care in cleaning would make all the difference. Yes the walk into town is steep, lots of steps but so worth it. An amazing town with beautiful surroundings. A comfortable cottage with fantastic views from the picture window. A short walk to the harbour though several steep steps down and back up - good exercise and worth it! Parking is in the street and we were fortunate to be able to park a short distance away all week without cost. The stairs up to the bedroom are also steep and narrow. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, well equipped, location was fab, but parking was rat race. Would only recommend property to younger people than ourselves (40s & under.) We were aware that the stairs were steep, however the bedroom stairs were like going up a very steep hill, didn't take suitcases up.

Great location with only a 10 min walk into Brixham down the stairs at cross roads, come out near Rockfish restaurant. Great dog walking routes too, can go right along the coast or left around parks! Incredible sea views and didnt have problems with parking when it is on street. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and steep, bit of a mission with Read morea suitcase. Bedroom does get very warm so already supplied fan was great. Kitchen came with all the utensils so no problems cooking! Hide

We had an absolutely amazing break at Four Seas, felt right at home instantlly and enjoyed the spectacular views from the living room. A really special stay and would highly recommend.
