Approached via its own entrance, the property opens into the superb open-plan lounge/kitchen. The newly fitted kitchen boasts plenty of work space for preparing family meals and contains an electric oven, halogen hob, built-in microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table to seat four. Overlooking the bay below through sliding glass doors, the lounge area features a sofa, armchairs, a feature stone fireplace, TV and DVD player. A staircase with a stylish glass balustrade leads up to the second floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. The master double bedroom enjoys fantastic views through the large bay window where a window seat offers a relaxing spot to enjoy a morning coffee, while the twin bedroom is bright and airy. The bedrooms share a stylish newly fitted bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

 

Sliding patio doors open from the lounge area onto a sunny patio with garden furniture. Benefitting from a spectacular sea view, this is an enviable spot for an al fresco meal or drink.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

  • There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks.

property inside was lovely but outside patio was very dirty and steps down to property put you off before you entered property. The parking was awful we didn't move our car all week or would have lost our spot . We have definatly come back fitter the hills back to house are steep but worth it for the views x

You cant ask for a more perfect position, over looking the harbour and easy walk into town. Very comfortable flat with amazing views from main bedroom. Plenty of comfy sofas and great outdoor space too. Everything you need in the kitchen for a self catering holiday. Lovely property. Clean and very comfortable with amazing views and a lovely big terrace. Not far to walk into Brixham although it's on a very steep hill so not good if you have mobility problems. Handy for Fishcombe cove and the Battery Gardens.

Lovely location and very convenient for the town centre. We easily found on road parking outside. Very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and sofas. Views from lounge and double room are fabulous. Would highly recomend

The night time views from the bedroom, over the harbour and town were fantastic. Enjoyed immensely watching boats coming in and out of the harbour day and night Brixham was a lovely place to explore. The coastal walks were great. Parking was only a problem unloading car on the Saturday afternoon

Excellent location with beautiful views across the harbour and a nice (invigorating!) walk into town. Very comfortable bed, again with a sea view from the main bedroom. Private outside space to the rear useful for dog owners, and grassed areas very close by. Managed to get parked outside, but this isn't guaranteed.

A warm and cosy property in a nice location within easy walking distance of shops, resturants, beach walks and attractions. Although parking can be a bit tricky there was usually somewhere a short walk away to park and the short climb uphill on the way back from the harbour was worth it for the stunning views you are rewarded with at the top.

Great 2 bed apartment has very comfortable beds, there is always something going on in the harbour and its entrance all day and night. The kitchen is easy to use and well equipped. Storage heaters are efficient. Outside road parking is quite easy.

Two adults + two dogs, two weeks and second visit to Four Decks = Excellent holiday ! Great place to stay, can't fault it for its comfort and views and extremely well equipped house. Brixham is a lovely place to visit, lots of great places to eat and drink, lovely shops to wander through and friendly locals who are always ready to have a chat. Am writing this whilst sitting on the balcony in the sun. Do not want to go home! Four decks has the most perfect views you will want while on holiday in Brixham. The place is very well equipped and most importantly for someone who suffers with a bad back the beds are so comfortable. The hill was difficult but worth it for the lovely view to wake up to everyday. We were happy to leave the car and use public transport to get around the bay. I imagine trying to find a parking spot might be tricky at peak times. All good in the apartment. Would recommend.

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.

For the active in your group, there are all sorts of activities to try your hand at, whether you’re a fan of swimming in the sea or prefer to enjoy long walks on dry land, with some great places to enjoy treks including the Berry Head Nature Reserve. And for fun-packed days out, there are several to treat the kids to in the local area, including Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park and Kent’s Cavern.
