This stylish apartment is well positioned to provide a small family with the perfect base to explore the best that South Devon has to offer.

This ground-floor apartment is extremely well positioned to provide guests with a range of lovely cafés, shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Additionally, just 2 miles from the property is the world-class Paignton Zoo, set in beautiful and extensive gardens with large lakes, and wildlife including gorillas, giraffes, lions and rhinos - you will not be disappointed. Enjoy Preston Sands beach on your doorstep, and a huge variety of stunning beaches along the South Devon coast including the likes of Broadsands beach (4 miles) and Torquay beach (2 miles).

Enter the apartment through the shared entrance into the bright and airy hallway with coat hangers and shoe space. Continuing through will bring you into the open-plan lounge/diner. This space has been well designed with a comfortable corner sofa and Smart TV allowing guests to really relax. The dining table here is the ideal spot to enjoy an evening meal. Making your way to the opposite end of the corridor will bring you to the kitchen with seating, a great place for tucking into breakfast together. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and built-in microwave. The apartment holds two cosy bedrooms, one of which contains a super-king-size bed, and the other a triple bunk bedroom allowing for an additional guest upon request. Completing the apartment is the family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over, and a WC.

An outside area with seating, is provided for you at the rear of the property.  Off-road parking for one car in an allocated space.

Very comfortable and well positioned for local amenities and sea front. Ideal for anyone who can not climb stairs as ground floor

The apartment was clean and modern. It is situated in Preston on a busy road and is a short walk to Preston sands beach which was great. There is parking. There is a bus stop opposite for those without a car. There is a fish & chip shop and a local supermarket around the corner. We highly recommend a stay in this apartment. It was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, the garden area was perfect for letting our daughters run around outside safely and we had everything we needed. It was also superbly located for local shops, less than 5 minutes to the beach and a great fish and chip takeway and new cafe in less 5 mRead moreinutes too! Great location close to the beach. Extremley comfy big bed. Child friendly and good size garden. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
