If you love a blend of charm and character in a property, this sweet little cottage will be right up your street. Situated on the outskirts of Brixham, it’s just far enough out of town to get the peace and quiet you desire, but close enough to be at the centre of the action whenever you choose. Renowned for its harbour, Brixham is great for water sports enthusiasts or those who would preferably laze away the days fishing and crabbing.

Upon entering the property, you’ll walk into a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner that boasts traditional appeal. The lounge area is the perfect place to light the open fire on a chilly evening and snuggle down with a film or a book. This room also features a luxurious dining table with comfy chairs to sit and enjoy meals with family or friends. From the kitchen area, you can head outdoors to the garden and enjoy the sun or take a seat on the patio wicker furniture for a spot of al fresco dining. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with jaw-dropping views of the fields and a bunk room for the kids. Yet, what the kids will really be impressed by is the outdoor games room, complete with a TV/DVD and Xbox console.

This cottage is in easy reach of the seaside towns of Torquay (10 miles) and Paignton (7 miles). There’s also a number of attractions the for the kids to enjoy that are slightly closer, including Fishcombe Cove (3.5 miles) where you can go exploring undamaged caves or see some wild animals at the zoo (5 miles).

We just had a wonderful holiday at Elberry Cottage. It was so cosy and nicely located near the coves and to Brixham. The cottage was so welcoming and clean. It was also very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.. Thank you

Elberry cottage is ideally situated in Churston Ferrers a little hamlet between Brixham and Paignton. We were able to walk to the nearby Elberry cove and were brilliantly located for many attractions. The Round Robin via Dartmouth and Totnes, kayaking from Goodrington Sands and a trip to Agatha Christies Greenway house were all highlights of a highRead morely enjoyable week. This is our 4th visit to this cottage that speaks for itself! We look forward to our next visit. Friendly, helpful neighbours no problems parking, great for local busses. Beautiful walks to the coat and into Brixham. Great restaurants in Brixham (best pre book) a very dog friendly area. Relax and enjoy.

Had a lovely week staying at Elberry cottage for the first time. Beautiful cottage. Very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Great location and would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Devon.

We stayed in elberry cottage for a week from the 6th of may and had a great time the cottage is lovely the kitchen is very well stocked and the bed is comfortable it is very well situated for travelling around South Devon our mall aurora loved the little garden we will probably be back next year

We have just returned from this fabulous cottage. From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. Very clean and comfortable lounge - we used the coal fire on several occasions. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all of the utensils we needed and lots of spices etc too- really useful. The enclosed back garden was safe and well keRead morept . Fab cottage, owners have thought of everything and very well equipped. Nice walks to beaches from the cottage so we didnt need the car much. Parking outside was great.

What a fabulous place. The small negatives that I could mention were far far outweighed by the positives of this lovely little cottage. It was so well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a holiday. The fire was a godsend especially after an afternoon of walking. This only has a double bed and not king size as advertised but a lovely well presented quiet place There is nothing thou Will want or need Its location is great to get into Brixham or to visit Paignton

This is our 4th stay at the cottage we love the location. Great for walking to Broadstands beach with our dogs. We are looking forward to coming back for our Christmas break.

We had a lovely stay in this adorable little cottage. It was perfect for lovely dog walks straight from the front door. Good location to drive to so many of Devons sights. Handy little farm shop and quirky cafe just down the road. Everything was cosy and comfy and nice little welcome treat too!

Lovely property just to point out we were only told dogs not on furniture or bed once we were there which can be a problem. Had great stay and lovely cottage. Was always cool on hottest day of the year.

Great cottage, so clean and comfortable. Amazing location, we have stayed in churston before, so good for the beaches, coves and train. Super equipped with everything you could need and the wine and biscuits were a lovely touch. We highly recommend Elberry Cottage.

Lovely holiday , nice cottage in quiet area on a 1 way street , so it was a 1 .5 miles drive for the sake of 150 yrs but to make matters worse that road became closed because of roadworks so if we wanted to go to Paignton it became a 3 mile detour, going to Brixham was no problem and such a lovely town , nice walks from cottage ideal for our dogs

This is our third stay at Elbert Cottage and we love it. It is ideally situated in the village of Churston Ferrers. This was our 4th stay in the cottage. The cottage is lovely, it is very homely and we had everything we needed for our stay. The garden is pretty and secure for our dog. The location is perfect within 15 minutes to all of the lovely spots along the coast and there are some great walks for the dog.
