Lovely comfy cottage in a great location. We were able to park the car in a nearby street and not use it all week. We walked or caught the bus everywhere. There are lots of pubs and restaurants, some nice little independent shops. The cottage had everything we needed would definitely recommend.

Echo Beach is an ideal location for exploring the South West Coastal path and surrounding area. It was a really comfortable and warm cottage which was well equipped for self catering . Also near some lovely restaurants and pubs . We very much enjoyed our stay , thank you.

Lovely cottage, located very close to centre of town. Well equipped and comfortable. It may be a challenge for persons who have difficulty with stairs, or who need to be close to their vehicle.

A lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable property right in the middle of Brixham, so convenient for popping out to the beautiful harbour. Wonderful to stay with two dogs, but the terrace area is so steep to get to and not suitable for them to use unsupervised. The terraces also felt unkempt and weren't used by us even though the weather was lovely. Read moreIt was a shame. Parking and loading was a headache. A great cottage in an ideal location, very close to the harbour, down a short flight of steps. As mentioned in the details, the two sets of spiralling stairs to the double bedroom are EXTREMELY steep! The steps up to the 2nd decking area are also VERY steep, and the area itself seemed a bit neglected.

In the ground floor it smelled constantly a bit strange, so regular ventilation of the room was necessary during our stay. If this could be done automatically, it would make the cottage definitely superior. The location is based in a very narrow lane, so the unload of the car was really challenging.

A wonderful week spent in this cute and cosy cottage. It was warm, comfortable and full of character. The location was fabulous although it was tricky to get the car to the front door to unload - very narrow lane and a small turning circle. Free parking is limited and at the top of the hill - but this helped to work off the delicious local pasties.Read more We would thoroughly recommend this cottage and hope to visit again. Hide

One of the best cottages we've ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, well equipped and in the perfect location - we'll certainly be back again. Very cosy for the colder winter months, but would love to come back in the summer and make the most of the lovely garden terraces. Had no difficulty finding parking on nearby streets, although definitely the Read moresmaller the car, the better! Hide

We had a long weekend in Echo Beach. Beautiful well equipped cottage with everything you would need. Very cosy and we loved the elevated garden. Loved the decor and the shortbread left for us, what a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this cottage both for its charm and perfect location so close to the harbour. We will definitely be back!!

Really great property to use as a base to explore Torbay and Dartmouth, plus perfectly equipped for a night in too! Location really is amazing, 1 set of stairs from the harbour, shops, bars and walks. Would 100% recommend to young families and couples. Perfect Fishermans cottage for 4 people having 2 bathrooms. Yes the stairs are a bit steep but that is part of the character of the cottage. They maybe a bit steep if you have young children. Very nicely presented, would highly recommend. Perfect location.

Great location, character retained but with all modern conveniences. Very difficult to unload car due to parking restrictions & narrowness of street. Extremely steep & dangerous steps up to rear patio areas & a steep winding internal staircase which must be used with great care.
