Three-storey property affording panoramic sea views from the living accommodation, roof garden and balcony, located just a ten-minute walk from Brixham town centre.

Families will want for nothing at this home-from-home holiday cottage, which sleeps six across three bedrooms and provides ample space for everyone to relax. Spend quality time together and plan your days’ activities whilst soaking up panoramic Torbay views, before heading out to explore.

This three-storey property is decorated in a classic style, with comfort and homeliness taking centre stage. The living, kitchen and dining space is an open-plan area with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, offering glorious views of Brixham. Sink into one of the sofas at the end of the day and pop the TV/DVD on, whilst watching boats sail in and out of the busy harbour. A set of five stairs in the split-level living space takes you up to a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, where you can tuck into an evening meal or a hearty breakfast. Alternatively, head up to the third-floor roof terrace, where outdoor seating offers al fresco dining in the evening sun, as well as another opportunity to take in the marvellous view.

Situated just under a mile from Brixham’s town centre, with its independent eateries, shops and attractions, you’re never more than a walk away from a wealth of things to do. The working harbour sees fishing boats come and go throughout the day and makes for remarkable viewing. The property also lies 1 mile from the heart of the Berry Head Nature Reserve, which offers walking routes, rock climbing and kayaking for more adventurous holidaymakers. To enjoy more of what the Torbay coast has to offer, hop on the ferry and take a ride to the seaside resort of Paignton (5.5 miles), where you can enjoy a traditional seaside pier atop a golden sandy beach.

We all had a wonderful holiday (except weather) and would highly recommend the accommodation. Except for those who have difficultly climbing stairs.

Lovely views this doesnt show up on photos, would definitely come back again, liked the fact that furniture ect was older this meant with a 4 year old and a dog we could relax and not worry too much!

Huge property with views to die for , short but steep walk to the harbour so if you have difficulty managing hills by foot there are several car parks nearer the harbour . We saw seals all around Brixham amazing place will book again for next year

Superb accommodation, a short walk from the town centre but if you are not very able, I am afraid the walk back is quite hilly.

Lovely views from this three-storey house, especially the roof garden. Gallery kitchen and open plan stairs make it difficult for toddlers and position on the hillside makes walking down/up from sea level a challenge for some but great position, just 5-10 min walk to harbour, beach and lido. Interior slightly dated but clean & well equipped. Would Read morelove to return one day and definitely recommend. Hide

Treat yourself to a memorable holiday in the beautiful coastal resort of Brixham, where there are a variety of fantastic experiences that will entertain all ages. A lively harbour town, there is plenty to see and do in and around the town.

Crabbing is the number one activity in Brixham, and little ones will love dangling their line over the water’s edge and seeing how many crabs they can capture. Children young and old will also be entertained by the stories of the smugglers and the pirates who once walked the streets of the village. There are several narrow streets to explore lined with colourful fishermen’s houses, with plenty of other great places nearby to discover including Paignton, Plymouth and Torquay.

For the active in your group, there are all sorts of activities to try your hand at, whether you’re a fan of swimming in the sea or prefer to enjoy long walks on dry land, with some great places to enjoy treks including the Berry Head Nature Reserve. And for fun-packed days out, there are several to treat the kids to in the local area, including Paignton Zoo, Woodlands Theme Park and Kent’s Cavern.
