Windows run the width of the lounge, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning sea views from the comfort of the sofa. There is a TV/DVD here for guests to enjoy, as well as patio doors which lead out onto the balcony. A set of five stairs leads to the galleried kitchen/diner with its oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is also a convenient WC on this floor. The kitchen/diner which overlooks the lounge area is accessed via a short flight of five steps, and is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Stairs lead to the second floor, where there are three comfortable bedrooms. The first of these is a double room which benefits from sea views, whilst there is also a twin room, and a bunk bedroom. The bathroom, also on the second floor, has a shower-over-bath, and WC. A further set of stairs leads to the roof garden on the top floor.
