The front of the property is accessed via a single flight of steps from the road with a level path to the front door. Step inside and you will be greeted by a bright and attractive open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge area is a wonderfully relaxing space with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The dining area is a fantastic space for enjoying mealtimes together around the dining table. Moving to the back of the property is the kitchen, which is well-equipped and offers an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a door opening into the little courtyard. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king-size bed and full-sized bunk beds and the second bedroom is a twin. Both rooms have a Smart TV. Completing the first floor is a bathroom which has a shower over the bath, sink and WC. The master bedroom can be found on the second floor and has been built into the eaves of the property. It is a light and airy king-size room with Smart TV, stunning views towards the sea and has an en-suite containing a shower and WC.
There is a decked terrace with outside seating, which boasts the most incredible panoramic views. However, please note the rear decked terrace is accessed via steep narrow steps in common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside. This may not suit all and children should be supervised when using the steep steps, however, there is a little courtyard by the kitchen door where you can sit outside with your morning coffee before setting off for the day ahead. Although there is no parking directly outside the property, parking can be found on the street in nearby residential areas (within 0.25 miles) or at public car parks where local charges apply.
