This is a lovely cottage in a quiet location yet with access to the English Riviera, easy to drive or walk to the interesting tourist spots. We stayed in a couple of nights and cooked ourselves, in the functional kitchen, slept really well in the comfortable bed. A home away from home for a week, very enjoyable.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is cosy and comfortable and ideally located to explore much of south Devon. It is easy to park on the street outside and inside we found everything stick and span. The kitchen was well equipped and we slept soundly in the comfortable bed. All in all a great bargain!

The cottage itself was good - and parking is easy - good walks to the various coves around and into Brixham. The only downer was Churston Ferrers itself - basically no facilities and you have to drive everywhere. No local shop (farm shop nearby). Churston Manor, whilst acting as a pub, serves no food, and is very run down and the Railway Inn is besRead moret avoided. It is a good base - but be aware you will be driving everywhere unless just there to use beaches. Hide
