Refurbished to a delightful standard, the interior decor has a clear nautical theme running throughout which perfectly fits in with the marine history of the location. Light and airy, the contemporary property presents a minimalistic lounge area on the ground floor with comfy sofas, bean bags and a smart TV where you can snuggle and catch up on your favourite shows as you warm up by the wood burner. The patio doors in this room allow you to overlook the incredible views of Brixham harbour as you unwind. Heading up the staircase is where you’ll find the kitchen, dining area and main bathroom. Outside, is a south-facing decked area with incredible views of the town. Here, you can either sit and enjoy your evening meal at the table or kick back and enjoy a glass of wine on the wicker sofa.

If you’re heading to Brixham with the family for your next holiday, be sure to pay a visit to Paignton and its famous zoo which is just 5.5 miles from the property, or Torquay (9.5 miles); both of which have great sandy beaches to build castles and sunbathe. If you’re seeking adventure, then why not hop aboard the Dartmouth Steam Railway? (5.3 miles).

We have just returned from a fantastic week long stay. The accommodation was centrally located in Brixham with panoramic views. The balcony was delightful enjoying the sun until 3.15.. The cottage was a real home from home. There was a slight issue with the hot water that was promptly resolved. I would happily return.

The cottage was great for getting down into Brixham it was a five minute walk. All I would say is that you would Need to be an active person as if you had a problem with walking then you would find it difficult.

Perfect house for couples and friends with three bathrooms and two sitting areas and kitchens. You need to not mind steps and stairs as there are three flights in the property and many steps to and from the house and town. This house is very well equipped with the little extras that make it homely such as throws, lamps, books and games.

The cottage was perfect, especially for two families. The settee and easy chair in the dinning room meant one could escape from the downstairs lounge and TV when necessary. Views from all levels were to die for. Outdoor space was the icing on the cake.
