This incredibly spacious penthouse apartment has been refurbished in 2022 to provide guests with a fabulous coastal getaway. The perfect spot for friends and small families.

Situated along the South Devon coastline, this home from home offers guests a wide range of options when it comes to fun family days out. Options right on your doorstep include Preston Sands beach (0.2 miles), Paignton Zoo (2 miles), and a full range of cafés, pubs, and shops to choose from. Further afield, enjoy picturesque walks in the stunning Dartmoor National Park and along South West coast path, along with visits to well-renowned seaside towns such as Brixham, Torquay, and Dartmouth, all within 9 miles of the apartment. It is fair to say you are in beach heaven at this ideal coastal getaway.

After entering the building through the shared hallway entrance, you can make your way up the stairs to your second-floor penthouse apartment. Once inside, you are greeted by the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has been nicely refurbished to really allow you to relax in style. The lounge space contains a comfortable corner sofa surrounding a large coffee table, a great spot to bring out a board game to enjoy with the family, or even sit and relax in front of the Smart TV for a top movie night. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining table has ample seating for all guests and sits directly in front of the apartment's Juliet balcony – open up the doors on those bright sunny days. Making your way back through the hallway will bring you to both bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a double bed along with an en-suite shower room and WC, whilst the second bedroom contains a small double and a single. Completing the apartment is the bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and a WC.

This apartment is the gift that keeps giving with its own private outdoor terrace which is accessible from the hallway of the apartment. The terrace contains seating for all guests. The perfect spot to sit with some breakfast and plan the day's adventures ahead. Outside the property is off-road parking for one car in an allocated space.

A clean and modern apartment with plenty of space. Only downside is the busy road so if youre in the front bedroom you can hear the traffic. Theres a lovely outdoor space which we used a lot for drinks in the afternoon and evening.

A modern, comfortable and airy apartment. Comfy beds. Very good location with bus-stop opposite but being on a main road rather noisy with traffic.

The traffic outside is a little noisy but otherwise in a great position for the surrounding area and walking to the beach.

Lovely, light and spacious modern apartment. The outside terrace was a nice extra and having an allocated car parking space was ideal.

Very amazing location.Clean and tidy. Those using the accommodation need to remember to bring all the usual stuff from home or tesco round the corner to use except bedding and towels which were provided. Owner provided milk and some tea/coffee which was a very nice touch. Loved the location close to local shops but on a main side road so can be busRead morey sometimes. Decor was nice home from home feel. Loved our stay would defo book again. Hide
