This fabulous property is perfectly situated in the much sought after coastal village of Kingswear, and provides a comfortable base for couples looking to explore the whole of ever popular South Devon.

Located within walking distance of the local shop, pubs and a range of restaurants. For a fun-filled day out jump on the nearby steam train and enjoy a visit to Agatha Christie's famous Greenway House or take the short ferry ride across to Dartmouth which is famed for its prestigious naval college, and cobbled streets which lead to the abundance of independent shops and eateries from fine dining to fresh fish and chips. Keen walkers will be spoilt for choice with access to the South West Coast Path nearby and also stunning Dartmoor National Park an easy drive. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include National Trust Coleton Fishacre, the salubrious coastal town of Salcombe and the historic naval city of Plymouth.

Step inside this delightful period home and you will immediately find yourself in the warm and welcoming lounge. This cosy space boasts comfortable seating arranged around a lovely decorative fireplace plus also a Smart TV. Here is the perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a film after a day of exploring. From here venture further into the property where you will then discover the beautifully presented dining room. Providing a lovely venue for laid back meals this fabulously sociable space also includes a warming wood burner which adds to the cosy ambience throughout. Located just beside this room and completing the offering on the ground floor is the compact yet perfectly appointed kitchen. Here you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, small wine fridge and also a washing machine. Venturing up the cottage style step stairs a small landing at the top then leads to the bedrooms on either side. Both have been lovingly furnished utilising a gorgeous mix of antique and contemporary furniture, and the first room overlooks the front and offers a double bed. The second room also offers a double bed which steps down into the lovely light and fresh main bathroom with a hand-held shower over the bath and a WC.

Venturing outside you will discover a delightful little patio area with seating directly to the front of the property. In addition to this guests can also access a further shared elevated patio terrace area with garden furniture to the rear and approached via steep steps from the kitchen. Roadside parking is located a short stroll away (subject to availability). Parking is also available in the local Marina carparks at an additional charge -weekly permits can be purchased.

Cosy and comfortable cottage ideal for two! Great location just a short walk to lower ferry for trips to Dartmouth for its shops and pubs. Really lovely to hear/see the steam train every day as well!
