The front of the property is accessed via four external steps from the pavement. Step inside and into a hall which leads into a very well-equipped kitchen/diner, which is a fantastic space for enjoying mealtimes together around the dining table. There is a tiered terrace with outside seating, which boasts the most incredible panoramic views over the harbour and out to sea. Please note the terrace is accessed via approximately 40 external steps, common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside.
