Sleeping two, this stunning split-level apartment is perfect for romantic getaways. Stylishly refurbished to include fresh minimalist decor, oak furniture and a modern kitchen, this contemporary bolthole also boasts breathtaking sea views towards Lyme Bay. A short stroll will bring you to the town’s breakwater, harbour, beach and array of shops and eateries, ideal for those hoping to forget the car for a few days.

 

The stunning lounge/diner with window seat is where you will spend most of your time. Prepare delicious meals for two in the chic modern kitchen before sinking into the inviting sofa that looks out over the ever-changing coastal vista. When you can finally tear your eyes away from the sea view, make the most of the TV/DVD or relax with a good book. In the eaves, the elegant double bedroom is a restful space with dressing table and TV for those long lazy mornings in bed.

 

Brixham is a bustling harbour town with plenty to see and do. Wander the charming streets, which are lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs before taking a stroll along the breakwater to admire the views of the town from the end. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice between the peaceful Fishcombe Cove (0.5 miles), the sealife haven of Shoalstone (1 mile) and popular Breakwater (1 mile), all of which are within easy reach. Take to the water with a boat trip to nearby Dartmouth (5.5 miles) or Torquay (8.5 miles) or follow the South West Coast Path to Paignton (5.5 miles).

We cannot recommend this apartment enough. The view was absolutely incredible from the lounge and bedroom! It was in a great location only 10 min walk into the harbour. The apartment was spacious and very clean with everything you need. We cannot wait to come back again!

Absolutely loved the apartment and Brixham itself. As everyone else has said, just the most amazing views from the living room window - our dog spent his whole time in the window seat watching the birds. Fantastic location for both the harbour and town as well as for walks over to Fishcombe Cove and Paignton. Managed to park outside/very near apartRead morement the whole time. Many great friendly pubs in Brixham. We particularly liked the Crown and Anchor for its local feel. Hide

The location and the view from this apartment are both fabulous. Its located in a quiet residential road in a really attractive part of town. Parking is on-street but we had no problems parking very nearby, despite it being the half-term holidays. Its a steep walk down to the harbour through some lovely, interesting streets. The bed is very comfortRead moreable and the whole apartment warm and bright. There are lots of nearby green spaces for dog walking. Beware very steep internal stairs though!! Hide

Fantastic views from the cottage, had a slight problem with the shower, was sorted that day cannot fault the swift response. Would definitely go again and recommend to family and friend's.

A excellent apartment to take in the panoramic views. Very steep steps to the bedroom take a little getting used to but worth it. A great lounge and kitchen but a small toilet with snug door. It was a lovely property with a stunning view of the harbour. Hours coukd br spent on the window seat watching the world go by. Saw a couple of seals in the harbour! A nice touch for the owners to leave binoculars for guests to use. Ideal location for walking into the town and the South West path. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable and stylish property in a beautiful cliff top location with stunning views of the open sea and the harbour housing fishing boats. You can spend hours watching the trawlers and the activity of the fish market from the comfortable window seat that has lovely cushions. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep and the parkingRead more a lottery but the closeness to the town, walks both ways to Fishcombe Cove and Breakwater Beach ( both with a place to eat ) make up for this. Lovely, well situated apartment with fabulous sea /harbour views to look out from large picture window, is this property's prime charm and so relaxing. Comfortable and well furnished. Only need to be careful using narrow steep stairs up to bedroom, not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
