This was our second stay at this Beautiful cottage, very well maintained and clean. Equipped with everything you need for a short stay, lovely views over the town and the harbour. We had 2 pairs of nesting seagulls, which was quite cute and they didn't make lots of noise. In fact you couldnt hear much noise from the town even though it is very closRead moree. The steps up to the property are quite steep, so not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues, but we love it. Hide

Really loved your converted sail loft and the view of Brixham. Great location for the town centre and access to coastal walks and a rewarding walk to Agatha Christie's house at Greenway. Brixham is an interesting place to explore. Worth buying your food in the nearby coop rather than transporting from your car parked a distance away.

This was a well maintained and equipped flat. Quite small but plenty room for two people for a holiday. Very near to the Harbour, shops and eating establishments. The only thing I would stress to future guests is to be very aware of the flight of outdoor stairs to get up and down to the flat. Quite steep flight of 33 steps which you have to use. AnRead moreyone with mobility issues would be safer to avoid booking this apartment. In spite of these stairs, we loved staying there. Hide

Beautiful little property tastefully restored, with harbour views in a lovely, peaceful location. Perfect for a romantic getaway as long as you don't mind steps & a walk to parking. Free parking is available in the residential area up steps above the property.

Lovely little cottage, so nice we booked it immediately for next year. There were a few little extras for us on arrival, which was a nice touch. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the kitchen was kitted out with everything you need. The steps to the main road are steep, so be aware if you have mobility issues. Would definitely recommend.

Very compact, and very handy for the main street while still quiet and tucked away. Lots of steps, but that's normal for Brixham! Charming place with a good view over the rooftops. Snug. Very helpful responses to ant queries.

The cottage is ideally situated for access to the high street and the harbour but it cannot be emphasised enough that access to the property involves steep steps, both up and down, and that parking close by is extremely difficult. Brixham itself is an attractive fishing port with a variety of shops, eateries and local walks. The cottage is compact Read moreand could be quite restricting if the weather isn't dry. Absolutely loved the sail loft. Located very close to the town and harbour but not too noisy, even with the sliding doors open on the second floor, which give great views of the surrounding buildings without feeling overlooked. The outdoor space is actually a gated passage way to an adjoining property, which makes it a little impractical as a usablRead moree space. There are lots of steps leading to the property, so carrying bags may be difficult for some. Other than this, we absolutely loved our stay. Hide

It was a lovely base for our holiday but feel the amount of steps to access the property and the very poor street parking on steep roads should be included in the description. We also felt there should be a warning regarding the stairs inside the property, if you were unstable, they would be dangerous. It's very much a young person's accommodation.

A lovely property, perfectly placed in the pretty town of Brixham. We felt welcomed and the house was super clean and well presented, the afternoon sun pours in and you can sit with the window open and watch the world go by. We went on wonderful walks and saw dolphins from the coastal path. It was quite noisy at night with seagulls but once the winRead moredows are closed it was fine.We would recommend this property.
