A comfortable base to explore Brixham and its surrounding areas, this chalet is well-presented and offers a relaxed home-from-home feel, ideal for couples and families alike looking for a seaside getaway. Located on a small holiday park with an indoor heated swimming pool and bar with eat-in or takeaway options for those who don’t wish to cook! The pretty Fishcombe Cove lies 150 metres away, at the bottom of the hill in front of the holiday park, home to the award-winning Fishcombe Cove Café. This retreat is also within a mile of Brixham's town centre, reached by following the South West Coast Path and through the town’s Battery Park. Here you will find a harbour offering a range of boat trips, which is surrounded by an assortment of colourful cottages, seafood restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs.Take in the Torbay air show in June

Stepping inside the property you are immediately greeted with a bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area features a large window with a beautiful outlook over Torbay, plus a Smart TV/DVD and contemporary electric fire. The well-equipped kitchen is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or family favourites. Moving further into the holiday home, you are met with two bedrooms, a double and a bunk bedroom, each exuding coastal charm. Completing the accommodation is a lovely family shower room.

Directly to the front of the property is a small yet perfectly formed terrace that catches the sunshine, with a wonderful outlook across the sea to Torbay.

Excellent, clean,well equipped chalet. It was great for 2 of us and would be fine for a young family but perhaps a bit cramped for 4 adult sized people. The site was quiet when we were there which is exactly how we like it.

Comfortable and bright accommodation. An ideal base for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area. Having access to a heated pool in late September/October is a bonus!

Lovely view and spotlessly clean comfortable cottage with every thing I needed, anyone with mobility problems might have problems but I am 78 with a tin knee and bad hip and managed ok. Few minutes walk down steep hill to cove with caf and public toilets. Five minutes walk to lovely gardens with views across Torbay. and after initial steep hill easRead morey 20 min walk on level path into Brixham . Had very enjoyable holiday. Thank you Polly Hide

Perfect location with fantastic views and just a 15min walk to Brixham harbour., where there are loads of lovely places to eat. The chalet was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. John was really helpful- we would definitely recommend - in fact we are already looking at dates to return!

Our stay at Ocean View was very enjoyable. The property was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable, slept really well. The location was really good Brixham being about a 20 minute walk along the coast path, which is easily accessible from the site. Also there is a lovely cove Fishcombe Cove which is about 5 minutes walk from Ocean View, with a sRead moremall cafe serving food & drinks including delicious Cornish pasties. There is also a World War 2 museum in same area open 2-3 days worth a visit. Hide

Property was exceptionally clean, all that could be needed was provided. Location was brilliant overlooking the bay plus we happened to stay there when the Paignton air show was on which was a bonus.

Weve had a fantastic long weekend staying at this property! Location is perfect its a lovely coastal walk into Brixham around 20 minutes but great for us as we was going to pirate weekend with children and wanted to come back to somewhere abit too quieter! Property is very clean and has everything you could need for a weekend away. We loved our litRead moretle terrace that has partial sea views we sat on this every night. The owner was fantastic great communication! We will definitely be returning again Hide

Warm and comfortable apartment with all the basics you need for a holiday. 12 min walk to Brixham Harbour along the coastal path to lots of eateries. We went out of season so cant comment on facilities offered within the holiday park, but stafc were very friendly. Excellent location for coastal path walks & walking to Agatha Christies holiday home Read more(NT). Had a fabulous week of exploring, blessed with great weather. Thanks for a great stay John. Hide

Great accommodation close to both Brixham harbour (15 mins walk) and both Fishcombe and Churston coves/beaches (5-10mins walk). Plenty of things to do withthe kids within an hour drive of the site. Added bonus to have the use of an indoor swimming pool. Lots of great bars and restaurants in Brixham with something for everyone. Will definitely visitRead more again Hide

Just back from 2 weeks in Brixham. The accommodation was first rate and well equipped, to a good standard. I managed to leave my hearing aids behind and John very kindly posted them straight back to me. I would definitely recommend this venue and accommodation to other people.
