Situated on the top floor, overlooking Brixham Harbour and Marina, this thoughtfully decorated apartment is a great waterside base for families with older children to explore South Devon. Just a short walk away are Breakwater Beach and Shoalstone Beach, perfect for family days out to relax and enjoy the cool waters. Just next door to the property are an array of cafes and restaurants to appease the foodies in the group. Berry Head Nature Reserve is just over 1 mile away with a fascinating history and plenty of wildlife and walking trails, and Paignton is around 6 miles away, offering a waterpark and zoo for further entertainment.

Access this third-floor apartment via two steps into the shared hall, and then the stairs or lift to the third floor. The open-plan lounge and dining room is the heart of the home, with spectacular sea views through the French windows and out to the balcony. Complete with a TV, Blu-ray player, two leather armchairs, a leather sofa and a dining table for six guests, it’s a great space to relax and unwind together. The kitchen is well equipped to cook up a family feast, including a selection of cookery books for inspiration. Boasting an en-suite shower room with mirrored cabinet is the master bedroom, which is also fitted with a built-in wardrobe and dressing table for a spot of luxury. The second room is a twin, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers offering plenty of space to unpack. The final bedroom has a single bed, a gentleman’s wardrobe and a free-standing mirror. Brilliant location and brilliant holiday accommodation. Everything provided for a home from home stay. The apartment was clean and parking a bonus. Views from the balcony and windows was amazing. We spent a long time just watching the boats come in and out from fishing boats to yatchs and the smaller working boats. Apartment is short walk to the buRead mores station if you don't fancy taking the car. Would recommend 64 Moorings Reach as a great place to stay. Hide

Great location over looking both Brixham harbour and Torbay in general. Clean and comfortable on all fronts. Sitting in the lounge whilst Storm Darragh did its best outside was comforting. Good to have a lift to the third floor when un- loading on arrival.
