Located next to the harbour wall with panoramic views over the town of Brixham and out to sea, this late 18th century fisherman’s cottage is a perfect retreat. The property enjoys a central location being a stone’s throw from the working harbour, restaurants serving local seafood, cafes, pubs, shops, and galleries. You can enjoy the South West Coastal Path and lovely walks across the cliff tops. Bring your buckets and spades and enjoy family days on the beach, there are several beaches within easy reach, including the town’s main Breakwater Beach (0.5 mile), St Mary’s Bay (1 mile) and Shoalstone Beach (0.5 mile) with its tidal pool. Further afield, the towns of Torquay (9 mile) and Paignton (5.5 miles) are popular with visitors and can be reached by foot ferry. Other attractions nearby are Kents Cavern (10 miles), Paignton Zoo (5.5 miles) and Woodlands Adventure Park (10 miles).

The front of the property is accessed via four external steps from the pavement. Step inside and into a hall which leads into a very well-equipped kitchen/diner, which is a fantastic space for enjoying mealtimes together around the dining table. There are two steps from the kitchen which lead out to a small courtyard with outside WC. From the kitchen/diner, an archway leads to a bright and attractive lounge - a wonderfully relaxing space with comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and views over the harbour and out to sea. Back to the hall and head up the winding steep cottage -style staircase to the first floor where you will find the first bedroom which has a king-size bed and a single bed and boasts fabulous sea and harbour views. There is also a main bathroom with a Victorian roll-top bath and neighbouring the bathroom is a shower room with just a large shower. Up another cottage  - style staircase , the second bedroom is a cosy double room and finally, there is a king-size room with an additional single bed which enjoys stunning views over the harbour and the sea.

There is a tiered terrace with outside seating, which boasts the most incredible panoramic views over the harbour and out to sea. Please note the terrace is accessed via approximately 40 external steps, common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside.
