Explore the captivating replica of Sir Francis Drake's iconic ship, The Golden Hind, or venture out on one of many boat trips available. The neighbouring towns of Paignton and Torquay serve as popular destinations, each offering an array of attractions including Paignton Zoo (6 miles), more golden sand beaches and a scenic steam railway (3 miles) through the Dart Valley.

To the rear of the bungalow is a stunning open-plan, kitchen/dining area. Spoil yourself with stunning panoramic sea views and unwind in the lounge with a warming gas fire, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The dining space is situated alongside the sliding floor-to-ceiling doors, so mealtimes ensure you don’t miss any incoming activity on the water. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers guests a fantastic space to cook up some local produce.
Outside, accessed via a door in the lounge you have access to a fully enclosed paved rear garden with some great covered storage space for bikes and kayaks. From the lounge, you’ll also find a stunning balcony area with outdoor bistro sets so you can enjoy the elevated position.
