Plan a memorable holiday to this enchanting bungalow in an unbeatable spot. It’s set in a quiet location, yet close to Brixham’s wonderful amenities, and the number one feature of this property has to be the far-reaching views – on clear days, you can see across to Torbay and the Jurassic Coast. A lovely beach awaits at Brixham Breakwater (just over 0.5 miles) where you can enjoy some water sports or spend the day relaxing. The vibrant harbour and town sits within a mile, bustling with activity including an array of shops, restaurants, charming cafes and inviting pubs. Explore the captivating replica of Sir Francis Drake's iconic ship, The Golden Hind, or venture out on one of many boat trips available. The neighbouring towns of Paignton and Torquay serve as popular destinations, each boasting an array of attractions including Paignton Zoo (6 miles), more golden sand beaches and a scenic steam railway (3 miles) through the Dart Valley.

Upon entering Mayflower, hang your coats in the welcoming hallway of this contemporary retreat with herringbone-style flooring. Ahead is the first bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. This beautiful bedroom boasts sliding doors onto its own private terrace area overlooking the sea – a stunning sight to wake up to each day of your holiday. Down the hall to the left is the second bedroom, with another lovely king-size bed and a Smart TV. Further down the hall, you’ll find the third bedroom with twin beds and a Smart TV, and directly adjacent to the hall is the smart and elegant shower room. A wall with inbuilt glass blocks – hides the stunning, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. This is where the sea views are at their best with two sets of floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors framing the fantastic panorama. Spoil yourself in the evenings with a warming gas fire, comfy sofas and a Smart TV. From the dining table you can watch the boats come and go in the harbour. Finally, the kitchen is a sophisticated, well-equipped contemporary space with all you need to easily create meals during your holiday.

From the lounge, you can head to the garden or balcony. The fully enclosed, paved rear garden provides wonderful, covered storage for any of your holiday equipment like bikes and kayaks. Meanwhile, the beautiful balcony has outdoor bistro sets for dinner and drinks overlooking the coastline.

Beautiful house and fantastic views. Pictures do not do them justice. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Steep walk down and back to town with hills and steps. Steep drive for one car with second small space on the street level Quiet area and friendly people Lovely holiday and the views made it special.

The house was very clean and well equipped with the view being spectacular from the living room and dining area. The rooms are very comfortable and you are provided with everything you need.to enjoy your stay. We would definitely go back and book again.

Lovely cottage , extremely well equipped - one of the best we have stayed in. Definitely worth 5 stars! The view was superb - we loved sitting on the terrace (this had two small tables and four chairs). We found the walk into Brixham rather challenging (parts are VERY steep), so we used the bus a lot. The bus stop (Stagecoach no.17) is only 5 minutRead morees walk, and the route is a circular one, so during the daytime there were (in effect) two buses an hour into Brixham Hide

Lovely, comfortable and well equipped bungalow with wonderful views in a quiet location. It is quite a challenging walk up to it though if you don't want to use your car during your stay but there is a bus that runs close by.

The property was absolutely beautiful with stunning views. Seeing it for yourself was much better than the pictures provided. It's situated in walking.distance to the harbour and local shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone thinking about renting the property. This property was fantastic, immaculately clean and very well equipped to a high standard. Absolutely perfect for us staying with our 87 year old mum. The only reason we have given 4 stars for location is that you definitely need a car to go everywhere, even into Brixham with an elderly person.

Very nice. Easy access into town on foot in 10 minutes, although a little longer to come back up the hill, but there are usually taxis on the rank in town if you've eaten too much. Property is clean and well-equipped. Great view from the living area across the bay. Having stayed in quite a few holiday properties in Devon and Cornwall I'd rate this Read moreas one of the best. Would recommend the Guard House cafe at Berry head for Breakfast. And Rockfish at the fish market for a meal. Hide
