This beautiful mid-terrace house is ideally located for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area with easy access to the South West Coast Path. A short 300-metre walk from the property will take you to Brixham's town centre and harbour. The pubs, restaurants and shops in the town appeal to a wide variety of tastes, especially seafood lovers. The life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake's ship, The Golden Hind, is popular with children and adults alike. Venture out on day trips to nearby Torquay (8 miles) via ferry, Kents Cavern (9 miles), Paignton Zoo (5 miles), Quay West (4 miles) and Woodlands Adventure Park (18 miles) – all are close by and will keep everyone entertained.

Step inside this stylish property and kick off your shoes in the handy porch space with room to hang coats or grab a book and relax in the small bistro seating space. On entering the hallway, the kitchen is on your right, fully equipped with everything you will need to create tasty meals during your stay. Down the hall, you’ll enter the lounge/dining area, with a Sky-enabled Smart TV, an electric feature fireplace and cosy seating where you can unwind with ease after a busy day exploring. A dining table to seat all guests is adjacent and the sliding patio door welcomes the outside in. Upstairs to your left is the single bedroom, and down the hall is the first double bedroom with a TV and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom to the front of the property has a double bed and far-reaching views over Brixham. At the end of the hallway is the family shower room.
Outside to the front is a stepped garden with a small lawn area and bench where you can sit and enjoy the views. To the rear, there’s an enclosed garden with a decked area with a rattan garden furniture set. The lawn leads to a designated BBQ area with a dining table and chairs.

A beautiful, extremely well equipped cottage close to centre of Brixham. Please note steps to town convenient but quite steep
