A lovingly furnished cottage boasting period features throughout, perfectly situated in the St Mary’s area of Brixham. It’s just a mile into the bustling harbour, with an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Enjoy a takeaway from the restaurants just 100 metres from the house. Relax on St Mary’s Bay, 1 mile away, or spend the day enjoying many water sports available. Head further afield and explore the rest of the famous English Riviera which can be easily reached via foot ferry from Brixham. Paignton is a 5-mile drive with great days out such as its zoo, or head south 4 miles to Kingswear and take the ferry across to Dartmouth.

Enter this hidden gem and you’re welcomed into the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. To your right as you enter is the well-equipped kitchen with a lovely arched design, and a snug seating bench area that’s a perfect spot to enjoy an evening meal. Steep cottage-style open stairs lead to the first floor, where you’ll find two double bedrooms, both with beautiful period features including a cobbled wall and high beams. Completing the property is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

To the rear, there is a small paved enclosed courtyard area, a perfect spot for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy some fresh air.
