Nestled on a popular Brixham coastal resort, this contemporary chalet style home provides all the benefits of a lively harbour town holiday, whilst also allowing you to retreat from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Guests can use free of charge on the adjoining holiday park the on-site heated indoor pool and clubhouse with bar, seasonal entertainment and shop, whilst close by is the famous Brixham harbour, surrounded by an assortment of colourful cottages, seafood restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. There are also an array of amenities and activities in the area such as fishing, golf, golden beaches, water sports and an open-air seawater lido at Shoalstone. Other attractions easily accessible from here include the popular coastal town of Kingswear (6.5 miles) where you can take the ferry across the water to popular Dartmouth, Dartmoor national park (16 miles), Totnes and Paignton Zoo (5.5 miles), where you will find all sorts of exotic animals and wildlife.

Step inside this beautiful home and you will immediately find yourself in the wonderfully light and contemporary open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This fabulously sociable living space boasts a vaulted ceiling, feature floor to ceiling windows, distant sea views and comfortable sofa with accompanying armchair arranged around Smart TV’s and a warming wood burner, the ideal space to relax in style at the end of the day. The beautifully appointed kitchen space provides all appliances needed for a stress-free stay, whilst there is further relaxed dining options with a main dining area accompanied with a breakfast bar. The perfect spot to sit with a morning cuppa and plan the day’s adventures ahead. As all of the accommodation is handily arranged on the one level the bedrooms are situated just across the hallway, one bedroom provides a king-size bed with built in wardrobe and Smart TV, whilst the second bedroom handily offers something different with twin single beds. Completing this wonderfully stylish interior is the family bathroom, with overhead waterfall shower over a spacious jacuzzi bath.

Making your way out through the French doors from the living area will take you out onto the private patio area, which offers seating for you to relax and enjoy alfresco eating after a day exploring. The property also offers seating at the front, where you can relax with your favourite tipple and enjoy the glorious views across to the bay. The guests can also enjoy the shared lawn area, a large communal space perfect for children to play their favourite games. A heated indoor pool, and on-site clubhouse with bar, seasonal entertainment and shop.  Private allocated off-road parking for one car is provided

The cottage was extremely clean and well laid out, 10mins walk down to Churston Cove which is fab for a coastal path walk and the beach for dogs is great, ideal for families, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great little bungalow. Great location, lovely coastal walks. Good parking which was good as needed, little out of town and no local shops near site. With 3 kids it was a bonus that it had a washing machine too.

Nice and quiet location House is really nice and the parking space is great for Brixham Bathroom is a bit small if you have mobility issues Couple of maintenance bits to do but overall a really lovely place and lovely stay

Lovely comfortable and well equipped holiday home in perfect location for bay walks and Brixham -around 15 minutes! Wine and doggie treats on arrival which was nice touch! Location was very quiet and peaceful! We had a very nice and relaxed stay, thank you!

We loved our holiday here, the accommodation was perfect and anyone booking here will love it. Brixham is a lovely harbour within a 10/15 min walk from the park. Our girls loved the pool and the bingo in the club every evening, food was really nice as well. A perfect week away, regardless of weather.

This is the nicest place we have ever stayed in.so clean and bright and the beds are so comfortable. Loved the special touches of a bottle of wine and a doggie basket.so much space and storage. The place is so close to everywhere as well .perfect holiday for us as a family of four.

Fabulous place and nice little touches when you arrive such as bottle of wine, milk and a nice little basket for the dog with treats and blanket in. Just remember to bring pegs with you to hang out the towels to dry on the communal washing line. Really comfy beds and 3 TVs which have Netflix on if you have an account. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine waiting for us, what a treat! The shaley was very modern, super clean, so well equipped. 3x Tv, wood burner, washing machine, Jacuzzi!!! and everything you need to spend amazing time on your hols!
