Situated in the bustling harbour town of Brixham, this stylish apartment with open-plan living space offers the perfect getaway for families and friends.

This lovely property is situated in the popular fishing town of Brixham, and with its prime position along the harbourside, you will have no trouble accessing the town’s full array of shops, cafés and restaurant. For those with sea legs, there are boat trips to explore the coastline from the water, or for those who prefer the dry land, the South West Coast Path offers stunning scenery at every step. If you fancy visiting some other nearby coastal hotspots, the towns of Dartmouth (5 miles), Paignton (5.5 miles) and Torquay (8.5 miles) are also extremely popular destinations, with attractions including the golden sandy beaches, Paignton Zoo, National Trust Greenway, and a wonderful steam railway.

Upon entering this well-thought-through apartment with paintings as appealing as those views across the harbour, it will not take you long to feel right at home. You will initially enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner where there are light and modern features throughout. The lounge space contains two comfortable sofas and a separate armchair to relax on whilst watching a favourite film or programme on the Smart TV. Heading through to the kitchen you have everything you need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine in the utility cupboard just inside the entrance to the apartment. Completing this space is the dining table which sits all guests comfortably. From the lounge, you can enter into the snug room which is ideal for watching the boats go by or relaxing and reading a book. Making your way up the stairway will bring you to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom both contain a double bed and Smart TV, and the master has the added luxury of an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The third bedroom offers something different with a bunk bed, and all rooms provide ample storage. Completing this interior is the family bathroom with a shower and WC.

Directly outside the entrance to the apartment is the outdoor private terrace where you will find the outdoor seating, this is the perfect spot for some al fresco dining.

We have stayed in Brixham on many occasions. The boat yard is a fantastic property. The location, decor & design of Emiels Loft are really top notch! The open plan living area is a real show stopper!
