Perfectly located just a short walk from the South West Coast Path, shops, cafes and galleries, this holiday home with onsite facilities is the perfect bolthole for couples or young families.

Situated just outside the picturesque harbour of Brixham, this holiday bungalow is ideal for those looking to explore the local area on foot. Once you have finished browsing Brixham’s shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries, set out along the nearby coast path to take in the magnificent views and fresh sea air. The country park and national nature reserve of Berry Head is just 0.3 miles and is home to a fascinating variety of wildlife and history. When it’s time to cool off, head to the on-site facilities for a dip in the open-air sea-filled swimming pool. Other nearby days out are Splashdown Water Park (5.5 miles), Paignton Zoo (6.2 miles) and Dartmouth Steam Railway (5.2 miles).

Inside, the bungalow is welcoming and cosy with exposed ceiling beams and plenty of natural light. The kitchen/diner offers enough space to create home-cooked meals throughout your stay and contains an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher as well as a dining table and chairs to seat four. Sweeping into the lounge area you’ll find a comfortable and inviting space in which to relax after a long day exploring. Here you will find a sofa and two armchairs, TV, and an electric fireplace to cosy up in front of on chilly evenings. There are two bedrooms, one double with ample storage space, and one twin, also with plenty of storage. The bedrooms share a shower room with shower and WC.

Step outside to find an al fresco seating area with a bench and table to seat four. Together with an open-air swimming pool, there is a laundrette on the park with washing, drying and ironing facilities should you wish to do laundry during your stay (holiday park facilities open from end of March to end of October). This property has a private water supply. There is parking on site at the holiday park but please do not park on the grass outside.

Nice tidy cottage in very picturesque location with lots of walks around the coast. Convenient for Brixham town centre and easy to get to other surrounding towns.

Upon arriving we were so excited, kitchen/facilities are fab! However, once in the bedroom I had a slight panic as there was hair all on the bed & carpet along with I hope was sugar but could of been dead skin hoovered myself as much as possible & removing every hair I felt better, rest of the cottage was better, well equipped, lovely hot shower, Read moregreat oven! Milk & flowers was kind Thankyou. Location is gorgeous for walks & views. Shop lady was lovely! Just needs a little love put back in it! Hide

Lovely kitchen/diner with everything you need. Double bed comfortable in main bedroom. Shower room a little compact and anyone 6ft or over will find it a bit of a squeeze when in the shower. Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend it and will more likely return.

Fabulous base for a break with everything you could need contained within the cottage. The location was perfect with the coastal path with its stunning views within easy walking distance and a country park also next door. The shop on the site was well stocked and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Lovely accommodation with everything you need for your stay. Extra touches like milk and tea coffee on arrival a nice touch as was towels for beach. We'll equipped kitchen. Fabulous location just a short walk to coastal path .
