With picturesque walking routes and long sandy beaches all close by, this stylish apartment is the perfect getaway for those looking to explore the best of the South Devon coastline.

Situated between Torquay and Brixham, this spacious apartment is well positioned along the South Devon coast providing guests with a fantastic mixture of golden beaches and picture-postcard walking routes to get stuck into. On your doorstep sits Preston Sands beach which is within 300 metres of the apartment, along with a phenomenal array of other local amenities including cafés, restaurants and shops, and not forgetting Paignton Pier with its incredible amount of arcade machines. Heading outside of Paignton, you are still within easy reach of many enjoyable days out including the Babbacombe Model Village (5 miles) and the historic fishing town of Brixham, just 6.5 miles away.

After entering the apartment through the shared hallway entrance, take the stairs to the first floor. Once inside your apartment, you will be greeted with a light and airy interior in the initial hallway, with space for coats and shoes. From here, you will make your way into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has been well designed to really allow you to relax. The lounge space contains a comfortable leather sofa with two additional stylish chairs, combined with a TV which makes this the perfect spot for a family movie night in. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The dining table has ample seating for all guests. The apartment has two cosy bedrooms, one of which has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, complete with a shower and a WC. The second bedroom is a twin room containing two single beds. Completing the apartment is the family bathroom containing a shower over the bath and a WC.

Off-road parking for one car in an allocated space.  An outside area with seating, is provided for you at the rear of the property.

Thank you we had a lovely stay in flat four. Very clean and plenty of room in the open plan living space. Beds very comfortable. We took my elderly mother and having two bathrooms was a bonus for privacy. Location is perfect. Beach a very short walk away and an easy walk to Paignton centre. Really nice apartment, clean and tidy. Great location, we had a problem with something whilst we were there, we contacted the owners who dealt with it straight it away, Would stay here again.

absolutely lovely apartment exactly like the pictures and we could also see the sea and for us the trains going past was a bonus and didnt disturb you . the bed were really comfotable and the property spotless also lots of storage space we especially liked the fact you could lock the wardrobe all in all a really good holiday and would come again anRead mored recomend to my friends and family , Hide

Comfortable beds, a good range of kitchen equipment and close to the beach. A section of the garden to sit in and parking on the front. Overall a great place to stay.

This self catering apartment was exactly as described on the website. Well furnished to a nice spec, very good location only 5 mins walk to the beach and 15 walk mins to Paignton town. The back garden has been sectioned off for each flat to have their own space which was lovely, off road parking also a plus. Bus service is excellent recommend the TRead moreorbay day rider or the weekly rider, far cheaper and easier than car parking. Would definitely recommend and stay there again Hide
