The harbour has many fishing and boating trips for exploring the coastline and with a fascinating history of pirates and smugglers, there is much to find in this beautiful little seaside town. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include the historic naval city of Plymouth, Exeter, famed for its stunning cathedral and shopping, The Princess Theatre, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Kent’s Cavern, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties.

Step inside this charming property on the ground floor where you will find yourself in the entrance hall which leads to a lounge area and snug, both with comfortable seating for all guests to keep warm during those winter evenings together. The lounge looking out to the garden features double doors leading to the terrace with Sky TV, perfect for letting the sea breeze in whilst relaxing on the sofa. The snug has a wood burner to keep warm and a Smart TV to keep everyone entertained, along with a small study area for those looking for a quiet place to read. Moving to the back of the house you will find the stunning and well-equipped kitchen, which offers underfloor heating complete with an AGA, pantry, fridge/freezer and microwave. Here you will also find the dining area which has double doors opening to the terrace, perfect for sitting outside in the sun after exploring the local area. Next to the dining area is a downstairs utility and shower room, featuring a washing machine and tumble dryer, shower cubicle and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find four bedrooms, a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC, a further super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, with shower and WC, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin bedroom. A beautiful villa, in a good position close to centre of Brixham. It has been decorated with care and attention and I would definitely recommend this villa , just maybe not to someone not used to steps. The Burton Pub just a 2 minute walk is a great place for a carvery lunch on a Sunday, also a Quiz night on Wednesday.

Property was very clean and tidy and I became a master of the Aga. Sky TV and having ensuite in every room was a great bonus. Lots of information about the surrounding area came in very helpful and the surf boards and crabbing buckets for the kids was very good touch. The Burton Hotel Pub only 150 steps away not counting.lol.was a great bonus and vRead moreery welcoming. Harbour 10 mins walk. Beaches 12 mins drive, not really suitable for disabled. Great position, we went with older parents and the short walk to town was a bonus, best located house weve stayed in. Great room for all to spread out, loved the Aga, cooked a fabulous roast in it! Would stay again in the property.

The house is lovely and the gardens attractive. The Aga is has the problem of inflexibility - for both cooking and heating. Even in April it was too hot, goodness knows what its like in summer. There is no alternative method of cooking, beyond a small microwave. In the en-suite shower rooms there is no division of the shower, so the toilet and flooRead morer gets drenched. Parkham Villa is a magnificent property, spacious, warm, and wonderfully located for a short walk into Brixham. The bedrooms are large, beds comfortable and with 5 bathrooms the house is perfect for large groups. The aga is the sole appliance for cooking, and we had a great time getting to know it. Villa is in a ideal spot, close to the harbour and all that Brixham has to offer. Ideal for families, with plenty of room for everyone to have there own space. Would use again

The house,the location and the owners were absolutely fine. The master bedroom, bathroom floor tiles got very slippery when showering so I would suggest using flip flops which work a treat. All in all a great holiday.

This property is idyllic, set in a lovely secluded garden which is perfect for outdoor eating and relaxing. The house is very fine with large rooms and a super kitchen. All is comfortable and well maintained. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main street for shops and a few minutes further for the harbour. The offstreet parking is a bonus in BrixRead moreham. What a fabulous house! Kitchen was very well equipped. Very comfortable beds, lovely garden to relax in. Short stroll down to the harbour. We all had a lovely relaxing break.

What a find this beautiful villa was,there were 4 adults and 2 children staying and we all had plenty of space to do our own thing. It is very well equipped and the Aga was great to cook on.
