Overlooking Brixham town, this delightful bijou sail loft is in a perfect central location for the local shops, pubs and restaurants. The town has a long-standing maritime history and the stunning harbour remains the heart of the town, offering a choice of boat trips, from relaxing tours of Torbay, accompanied fishing trips, and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do in the town, from beaches to water sports and even a wonderful replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship The Golden Hind. Further afield, but still, within easy reach, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations and offer attractions such as sandy beaches, Paignton Zoo, and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.
Stepping through the front door you are greeted by the lovely double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Moving outside the property there is a small terrace area which leads to St Peter’s Steps, with just a few paces and you will find yourself in the centre of Brixham town. There is parking available in the local car park.
