Very compact, and very handy for the main street while still quiet and tucked away. Lots of steps, but that's normal for Brixham! Charming place with a good view over the rooftops. Snug. Very helpful responses to ant queries.

The cottage is ideally situated for access to the high street and the harbour but it cannot be emphasised enough that access to the property involves steep steps, both up and down, and that parking close by is extremely difficult. Brixham itself is an attractive fishing port with a variety of shops, eateries and local walks. The cottage is compact Read moreand could be quite restricting if the weather isn't dry. It would be important to note the local car parks and distance from the property. Hide

Absolutely loved the sail loft. Located very close to the town and harbour but not too noisy, even with the sliding doors open on the second floor, which give great views of the surrounding buildings without feeling overlooked. The outdoor space is actually a gated passage way to an adjoining property, which makes it a little impractical as a usablRead moree space. There are lots of steps leading to the property, so carrying bags may be difficult for some. Other than this, we absolutely loved our stay. Hide

It was a lovely base for our holiday but feel the amount of steps to access the property and the very poor street parking on steep roads should be included in the description. We also felt there should be a warning regarding the stairs inside the property, if you were unstable, they would be dangerous. It's very much a young person's accommodation.Read more Hide

A lovely property, perfectly placed in the pretty town of Brixham. We felt welcomed and the house was super clean and well presented, the afternoon sun pours in and you can sit with the window open and watch the world go by. The location is great and the property was quiet. It has a great view of the town. Unfortunately it was not particularly clean when we arrived and there were dog hairs everywhere including inside the fridge and we needed to clean the property. The outside space is misleading, it is a walkway to another property, not really somewhere you can sit or Read morehave a dog. Otherwise we enjoyed brixham. Good property but small. Be prepared to walk for parking and travel light as nearest car park is only for 3 hours. Suitable for younger couple but all facilities catered for, and 5 minutes from harbour.

Fabulous little sail loft with many home comforts. Towels and bedding were good quality and the whole concept worked exceptionally well. Great views from the living space(kitchen/lounge). The location was fantastic literally 100 metres from the harbour but you need to be fit and healthy to take on the Brixham steps. Fabulous stay

Lovely little sail loft cottage - there are steep up to the property from all angles which wasn't an issue for us at all but if you are a bit iffy on your feet youll need to take your time! Pretty house, with lovely views, few steps walk to Main Street - very convenient! We parked for free on Berry Head Road which is a good 10/15 min walk away (aloRead moreng the harbour) but nice and safe area to leave your car. Car park in town much closer if you are happy to pay though. Hide

We did enjoy our stay, finding the flat clean and well equipped. However, access to the flat, up or down steep steps, may cause difficulties for some people.
